Tko si ti?

  • Odličan si komunikator i voliš dinamično okruženje
  • Snalažljiv/a si, proaktivan/na i fokusiran/a na rezultate
  • Imaš iskustvo u prodaji, edukaciji ili radu s kupcima (prednost, ali nije uvjet)
  • Razumiješ važnost korisničkog iskustva i znaš kako graditi dugoročne odnose

Što ćeš raditi?

  • Savjetovati i informirati – biti prva točka kontakta za korisnike, pružati im sve potrebne informacije i pomoći im odabrati najbolje rješenje.
  • Prodaja IQOS uređaja i pripadajućeg asortimana u IQOS shopu.
  • Izgraditi čvrste odnose s korisnicima – registrirati nove i postojeće korisnike te im pružati podršku prije, tijekom i nakon kupovine.
  • Pružanje korisničke podrške i smjernica potrošačima nakon kupnje.
  • Postati ključna spona između naših proizvoda i potrošača – uspostavljati kontakt i graditi odnose s poslovnim partnerima i zainteresiranim korisnicima.
  • Vođenje ažurnih podataka o potrošačima radi poboljšanja usluge.
  • Održavanje urednosti prodajnog prostora i asortimana.
