Vaši radni zadaci:

  • primarna odgovornost je prodaja i promocija proizvoda
  • predstavljanje imidža, proizvoda i kulture brendova kupcima
  • ispunjavanje zadanih targeta
  • šminkanje kupaca
  • održavanje čistoće radnog prostora
  • briga o visual merchandisingu u skladu s pravilima branda
  • digital marketing - praćenje i korištenje društvenih mreža
  • briga o potrošnom materijalu, testerima, ručnicima, kutijama i vrećicama
  • pridržavanje visokih higijenskih standarda prilikom izvođenja usluga
  • redovita edukacija i aktivno sudjelovanja na treninzima organiziranim od strane kompanije
  • usmjerenost na pružanje visoke razine usluge i individualan pristup kupcima u skladu s pravilima branda
  • rad na blagajni
  • održavanje vlastitog izgleda u skladu s pravilima branda
  • suradnja s ostalim djelatnicima dućana u svrhu ispunjavanja zadanih planova

Od Vas očekujemo:

  • iskustvo rada u prodaji, prednost u kozmetičkoj industriji
  • dobre make up vještine te kvalitetno i brzo apliciranje make up-a na kupcima
  • sposobnost multitaskinga
  • minimalno srednja stručna sprema
  • dobro poznavanje engleskog jezika
  • poznavanje MS office paketa (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • spremnost na učenje i profesionalno usavršavanje
  • dobre komunikacijske vještine
  • profesionalnost i fleksibilnost
