Tvoji radni zadaci uključivat će:

  • primarno prodaju i promocija proizvoda
  • rad na blagajni
  • predstavljanje imidža, proizvoda i kulture brandova kupcima
  • ispunjavanje zadanih targeta
  • brigu o visual merchandisingu u skladu s pravilima brandova
  • brigu o potrošnom materijalu, testerima, ručnicima, kutijama i vrećicama
  • redovitu edukaciju i aktivno sudjelovanje na organiziranim treninzima
  • usmjerenost na pružanje visoke razine usluge i individualan pristup kupcima u skladu s pravilima brandova
  • održavanje vlastitog izgleda u skladu s pravilima brandova
  • suradnja s ostalim djelatnicima parfumerije i studija u svrhu ispunjavanja zadanih planova
  • digital marketing - praćenje i korištenje društvenih mreža
  • održavanje čistoće radnog prostora

Idealan kandidati si ako imaš:

  • iskustva na sličnim poslovima minimalno 1 godinu
  • iskustva u prodaji, posebno u kozmetičkoj industriji
  • iskustva s proizvodima za njegu kože
  • završenu minimalno srednju stručnu spremu
  • dobro poznavanje engleskog jezika
  • izraženu sposobnost multitaskinga
  • dobre komunikacijske vještine
  • želju za učenjem i profesionalnim usavršavanjem
  • osnovno znanje MS office paketa (naglasak na Excel)
