Location

Frisco, TX | Primarily On-site

Join our collaborative team in Frisco, with the opportunity to discuss occasional remote work flexibility. We offer a competitive base salary of $150,000 to $190,000, depending on experience, plus benefits.

Note

Candidates must be licensed to practice law in Texas and have practical experience with the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure. We welcome experienced litigators, including attorneys from solo practices and those with broader civil litigation backgrounds.

Job Description

  • Handle engaging civil and commercial litigation matters while working closely with experienced attorneys.
  • Draft compelling pleadings, motions, discovery requests, responses, and other legal documents.
  • Conduct legal research and develop effective litigation strategies.
  • Participate in depositions, hearings, trial preparation, and courtroom proceedings.
  • Communicate directly with clients and help guide them through complex legal challenges.
  • Collaborate with our litigation team to deliver excellent results and exceptional client service.

Qualifications

  • Active Texas law license in good standing.
  • 2+ years of civil litigation experience preferred; strong candidates with 2+ years will be considered.
  • Working knowledge of the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure.
  • Experience drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, and managing litigation tasks.
  • Strong legal writing, research, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Commercial litigation experience is preferred but not required.
