Enjoy the best of both worlds! Collaborate with our team in our Los Angeles office Monday through Thursday, with the flexibility to work remotely on Fridays.

Note

We are seeking an attorney with 5+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience, an active California Bar license, and first-chair or second-chair trial experience. This is a hands-on litigation role for someone ready to independently manage cases and make an immediate impact.

Job Description

  • Independently manage a diverse personal injury litigation caseload from filing through settlement or trial.
  • Develop winning case strategies for motor vehicle accidents, trucking collisions, premises liability, catastrophic injuries, and other personal injury matters.
  • Lead discovery, conduct depositions, draft motions, and advocate for clients in court.
  • Negotiate settlements, participate in mediations, and prepare compelling cases for trial.
  • Collaborate with expert witnesses, medical professionals, and litigation support teams.
  • Guide paralegals and case managers to keep cases progressing efficiently.
  • Build meaningful client relationships while pursuing outstanding outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Active California State Bar license in good standing.
  • 5+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience.
  • First-chair or second-chair civil trial experience.
  • Experience independently managing litigation cases, including discovery, depositions, motions, and settlement negotiations.
  • Strong understanding of California civil litigation procedures and excellent advocacy skills.
