1、根据公司产品战略，进行用户需求和痛点挖掘，提出产品设想；撰写详细的产品需求文档及原型设计文档，跟踪产品研发进度； 2、收集市场反馈与用户行为及需求，提升用户体验；主动跟进竞品动态，行业技术趋势，同主流方案厂商，器件厂商保持沟通，进行产品迭代规划； 3、负责初期的概念设计，场景分析，功能定义，带领团队完成ID设计，产品方案，到实际使用后的数据分析和用户反馈收集； 4、协助开发团队理解和掌握需求，对产品需求方向和易用性负责；跟进相关产品开发项目周期和进度把控，确保对产品开发至最终实际运营； 5、负责跨部门协调和沟通，推动设计、开发、测试等人员紧密合作达成产品目标。

1、本科及以上学历，5年+的硬件产品规划经验； 2、有设备类硬件，AIOT 硬件和智能硬件特别是机器人产品经理经验优先； 3、能够进行细节分析，并基于数据进行分析，使用数据来快速决策； 4、沟通能力强，能够很好的表达自己的意图，并懂得换位思考，能快速了解对方需求； 5、有市场调研，用户调研，竞品分析工作经验更佳； 6、熟悉硬件开发过程，有过程开发管理经验优先。
