岗位概述：负责机器人电子系统设计，具备从方案选型、设计调试、到量产实现的项目全链条研发能力，具备可靠性设计，量产落地开发能力。 主要职责： 1, 负责机器人电源管理，MCU等电子系统模块的设计吗，面前量产的设计方案。 2，与产品，结构，软件等部门协作，输出产品电子部分解决方案，包含风险评估，设计方案，开发计划等。 3，负责产品主板设计，包括器件选型、原理图设计、主板布局、Layout 检查，系统调试，EBOM编制。 4，对系统电源管理及充电设计有深刻的理解,负责电源设计规范制订，协同测试人员制订研发测试用例，包括板级及可靠性测试，跟进从产品设计到量产交付全流程,对量产交付质量负责。 5， 负责充电相关的关键器件设计和选型，量产问题方案制定等。与供应链协同开发供应商，并持续提升部件质量和稳定性。 6，跟进行业技术路线的演进，主导产品技术方案的迭代升级；能够独立开展技术预研工作。 7，支持售后问题解决和方案迭代升级。

1，电子、电气、通信工程或相关专业本科及以上学历。 2，5年以上硬件研发工作经验，具有丰富的电源产品设计及试验和解决问题能力者优先，如干扰，静电，温升，负载等实验及结果分析能力。 3，具备模拟电路和数字电路设计经验，熟悉AC/DC ,DC/DC 等电路设计，熟练掌握功率器件选型、测试和应用。 4，熟悉电子电路信号完整性分析，电磁兼容设计及行业认证标准。 5，熟练使用电路设计软件，如cadence，pads等进行原理图设计和PCB布局。 6，具备常用仪器设备的使用技能， 能熟练使用示波器，频谱分析仪等设备。 7，有良好的团队意识和沟通能力，责任心强， 能承担一定的工作压力， 具有良好的文档编写能力。
