机械臂整机机构设计和系统堆叠设计。 主要职责： 1. 负责公司机械臂产品的结构设计，关节模组选型设计，电机和减速箱选项设计，堆叠设计和布线等。 2. 输出机器人结构3D/2D图纸，定义结构和关键部件规格，定义量产方案。 3. 负责支持机械臂的运动分析，包括支持机构静力学分析，电控工程师的机械臂的运动轨迹的正逆向运算等。 4. 负责机械臂和相关产品从概念设计到量产的全流程闭环机构开发工作；具体包括：产品概念的方案可行性评估，堆叠设计，基本尺寸定义，结构成本评估，关键器件规格定义和寻源，量产设计方案交付，结构零件生产流程定义等。 5. 负责机械臂和相关产品外观设计建模，机械运动部件、注塑和金属结构件结构设计；从3D曲面到结构零件的分解到产品结构细节设计；利用TOP-DOWN的设计思路进行产品机构设计。 6. 负责机械臂设计变更管理，协同产品经理，项目管理，采购和物料质量管理，做好从设计变更到导入量产的全流程管理。 7. 对产品设计体验和质量负责，跟踪从产品设计到市场交付全流程：包括机构和关节的设计可靠性和环境测试，制定新标准测试规范，收集用户体验，有设计闭环管理思维；负责售后问题处理和产品设计方案迭代；对于量产交付产品需要制定清晰明确的生产流程，做到生产质量稳定。 8. 对产品工程化能力和成本负责，面向量产的结构设计；负责产品研发降本设计。 9. 负责与结构对应的供应商开展技术交流合作，推进方案量产落地；对接注塑，压铸模具设计DFM流程，主导量产方案。 10. 产品BOM管理，协同研发内部各个功能模块，开展BOM升级维护，工程变更管理；与生产和采购协同物料交付。

1. 教育背景：机械工程、材料科学与工程专业本科及硕士专业。 2. 工作经验:从事机械臂产品设计至少三年，具备机构设计设计开发能力。 技能要求： 3. 会使用Creo ,AutoCAD,等建模软件，有TOP-Down自顶向下设计思维，能够独立开展曲面建模和分件工作。 4. 具有减速箱设计开发经验，能够独立开展选型设计，与供应商讨论定型方案。 5. 有产品工程化和量产化设计思维，所输出方案必须面向量产的批量化制造能力；设计方案必须具备高度可复制性。 6. 理解硬件产品设计开发流程，从工程样机到量产样机有清晰准确的认知，灵活应对产品需求和输出不同的设计方案， 7. 对产品设计有强烈好奇心和主观能动性，能够自我驱动设计方案优化和用户体验提升。
