Deine Rolle bei uns

Als IT-Administrator (m/w/d) sorgst du in der neu geschaffenen Rolle für das gesamte othermo-Team für eine zuverlässige Arbeitsplatz-IT, indem du nicht nur Supportfälle löst, sondern Strukturen schaffst: klare Prozesse, nachvollziehbare Standards, sichere Zugriffe und ein verlässliches Gerätemanagement. Du übernimmst die operative Verantwortung für unsere interne Open Source orientierte IT-Landschaft und arbeitest eng u.a. mit Platform & Infrastructure, Information Security und People & Culture zusammen.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Aufbau, Pflege und Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Betriebs der internen IT-Anwendungen, insbesondere Microsoft 365, Keycloak, Bitwarden und ClickUp
  • Weiterentwicklung und Umsetzung klarer Prozesse und Standards für die internen IT-Services u.a. mit Blick auf die Anforderungen der ISO 27001
  • IT-seitige Begleitung des vollständigen Beschäftigungszyklus von Teammitgliedern, von der Hardwarebeschaffung über Benutzer-, Berechtigungs- und Zugriffsmanagement bis zum First- und Second-Level-Support und Anwenderschulungen
  • Weiterentwicklung des Mobile Device Managements mit Microsoft Intune für Windows-, macOS- und Linux-Endgeräte einschließlich zentralem Software-, Paket- und Updatemanagement
  • Implementierung und Betrieb einer effizienten und transparenten Softwarelizenzverwaltung
  • Bereitstellung, Konfiguration, Wartung, Austausch und Rücknahme von Endgeräten und Peripherie sowie nachvollziehbare Verwaltung der IT-Assets

Das bringst du mit

  • Mindestens 3 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der IT-Administration oder internen Arbeitsplatz-IT
  • Eigenständige, strukturierte und serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie Freude daran, Prozesse pragmatisch aufzubauen und verständlich zu dokumentieren
  • Belastbare Kenntnisse in Microsoft 365, Benutzer- und Berechtigungsverwaltung, Endgerätebetrieb, Mobile Device Management sowie Asset- und Lizenzmanagement in heterogener Endgeräteumgebungen aus Windows, macOS und Linux
  • Erfahrung im First- und Second-Level-Support sowie in der strukturierten Analyse und nachhaltigen Behebung von Störungen
  • Skriptingkenntnisse in PowerShell oder Bash sowie Kenntnisse in Python wünschenswert
  • Deutsch: C1, Englisch: B2
  • Onsite in Alzenau: mind. 1 Tag/Woche
