Buscamos alguém que tenha paixão por proteção de dados, continuidade de negócios e recuperação de desastres para atuar na administração e evolução do nosso ambiente de backup corporativo. Você será responsável por garantir a disponibilidade e a recuperabilidade dos dados de ambientes críticos, atuando com tecnologias modernas da Veeam Data Platform, repositórios imutáveis, integração com nuvem e estratégias de proteção contra ransomware. Esta é uma oportunidade para profissionais que desejam atuar em um ambiente robusto, com desafios reais de alta disponibilidade, infraestrutura híbrida e boas práticas de segurança e compliance.

Atividades

  • Administrar e sustentar ambientes utilizando Veeam Backup & Replication;
  • Gerenciar rotinas de backup, replicação e Backup Copy para ambientes VMware, Hyper-V e servidores físicos;
  • Implementar e administrar repositórios avançados, incluindo: Scale-Out Backup Repository (SOBR), Object Storage (AWS S3, Azure Blob e Google Cloud Storage) e Linux Hardened Repository (LHR);
  • Atuar na estratégia de proteção contra ransomware através de políticas de imutabilidade;
  • Executar e validar procedimentos de restauração e recuperação de desastres;
  • Apoiar iniciativas de Disaster Recovery e continuidade de negócios;
  • Automatizar testes de recuperação utilizando SureBackup e SureReplica;
  • Realizar análises de performance e troubleshooting avançado em falhas de backup, snapshots e infraestrutura;
  • Contribuir continuamente para a melhoria da arquitetura de proteção de dados;

Requisitos obrigatórios

  • Experiência com Veeam Backup & Replication 11 ou superior.
  • Vivência em administração de ambientes de backup corporativo.
  • Conhecimento em replicação, Backup Copy e estratégias de retenção.
  • Experiência com virtualização VMware vSphere ou Hyper-V.
  • Conhecimentos em Windows Server e Linux.
  • Conhecimentos em storage e protocolos como: iSCSI, NFS e Fibre Channel.
  • Capacidade de troubleshooting e análise de logs.
  • Perfil analítico e foco na resolução de problemas.

Diferencial:

  • Certificação VMCE (Veeam Certified Engineer).
  • Experiência com: Veeam ONE, Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365, AWS, Azure ou Google Cloud, Object Storage e Imutabilidade (S3 Object Lock), Linux Hardened Repository, SureBackup e SureReplica
  • Conhecimentos em automação utilizando PowerShell.
  • Vivência em ambientes de alta criticidade e data centers corporativos.
