Estamos em busca de Analista de Service Desk para garantir uma experiência excepcional de atendimento aos usuários VIP e executivos da organização, atuando como principal ponto de contato para suporte técnico de alta complexidade. O profissional será responsável por prestar atendimento personalizado, ágil e proativo, assegurando elevada disponibilidade dos recursos tecnológicos e alto nível de satisfação dos clientes internos. Além do conhecimento técnico, espera-se uma postura consultiva, discrição, excelente comunicação e capacidade de atuar em ambientes corporativos de alta exigência.

Principais Responsabilidades

  • Realizar atendimento presencial e remoto para Diretores, Executivos, C-Level e demais usuários VIP.
  • Atuar como ponto focal para incidentes críticos e demandas prioritárias.
  • Diagnosticar e solucionar problemas de hardware, software, sistemas operacionais e aplicações corporativas.
  • Executar instalação, configuração, atualização e suporte de equipamentos Windows e Apple.
  • Administrar dispositivos móveis corporativos (iPhone, iPad e Android).
  • Suportar ambientes Microsoft 365 e suas aplicações.
  • Configurar contas, autenticação multifator (MFA), acesso remoto e políticas de segurança.
  • Atuar com gerenciamento de dispositivos utilizando Microsoft Intune e Microsoft Entra ID.
  • Realizar troubleshooting avançado de conectividade, VPN, Wi-Fi, impressão e periféricos.
  • Configurar salas de reunião, Microsoft Teams Rooms e equipamentos audiovisuais para reuniões presenciais e híbridas.
  • Executar migração de equipamentos e perfis de usuários.
  • Criar e manter documentação técnica, base de conhecimento e procedimentos operacionais.
  • Atuar em regime de prioridade máxima para incidentes envolvendo usuários estratégicos e Vips.
  • Acompanhar chamados até sua completa resolução, garantindo comunicação constante com o usuário.
  • Trabalhar em conjunto com equipes de Infraestrutura, Segurança, Redes, Cloud e fornecedores.

Requisitos Técnicos

  • Administração avançada de Windows 11, macOS e dispositivos móveis (iOS/iPadOS e Android).
  • Experiência com Microsoft 365, incluindo Exchange Online, Entra ID (Azure AD), Intune, Autopilot, BitLocker e Defender.
  • Conhecimento em ecossistema Apple corporativo, incluindo Apple Business Manager (ABM), gerenciamento de dispositivos e migração de equipamentos.
  • Experiência com MDM e mobilidade corporativa, utilizando Intune para gestão de dispositivos Windows, macOS, iOS e Android.
  • Conhecimentos de infraestrutura para atuação em ambiente corporativo: Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VPN e Wi-Fi.
  • Vivência com ferramentas de ITSM e acesso remoto, como ManageEngine, Jira Service Management e BeyondTrust.
  • Conhecimento intermediário em PowerShell para automação, troubleshooting e administração de ambiente.
  • Experiência em troubleshooting avançado, análise de causa raiz, gestão de incidentes críticos, segurança da informação e documentação técnica.

Formação

  • Ensino Superior completo ou cursando em Tecnologia da Informação, Ciência da Computação, Sistemas de Informação, Engenharia da Computação, Redes de Computadores ou áreas correlatas.

Idiomas

  • Espanhol intermediário ou avançado.
  • Capacidade de comunicação profissional em ambiente corporativo.
