Estamos em busca de Analista de Requisitos Pipefy para atuar na interface entre negócio e tecnologia, sendo responsável por entender necessidades, mapear processos e transformar demandas em soluções funcionais dentro da plataforma Pipefy. Este profissional atuará de ponta a ponta na camada funcional, conduzindo desde a descoberta e especificação dos requisitos até a construção, testes e homologação das soluções, seguindo as diretrizes e arquiteturas definidas pelo Arquiteto Pipefy.

Responsabilidades:

  • Conduzir sessões de discovery, levantamento e análise de requisitos junto às áreas de negócio.
  • Traduzir necessidades de negócio em requisitos funcionais claros, viáveis e aderentes aos objetivos da organização.
  • Mapear processos AS-IS e TO-BE, identificando oportunidades de otimização e automação.
  • Construir e configurar soluções no Pipefy seguindo padrões e definições arquiteturais.
  • Garantir o alinhamento entre requisitos, regras de negócio e solução implementada.
  • Apoiar a validação funcional junto aos usuários e stakeholders.
  • Atuar em parceria com o Arquiteto Pipefy durante o refinamento e evolução das soluções.
  • Assegurar a qualidade da documentação funcional e dos entregáveis do projeto.

Atividades:

  • Realizar entrevistas, workshops e reuniões de levantamento de requisitos.
  • Documentar processos, regras de negócio, fluxos, exceções e SLAs.
  • Elaborar histórias de usuário, critérios de aceite e documentação funcional.
  • Configurar Pipes, fases, formulários, campos, automações, tabelas e permissões no Pipefy.
  • Desenvolver fluxos funcionais seguindo as melhores práticas da plataforma.
  • Executar testes funcionais e apoiar ciclos de homologação (UAT).
  • Identificar inconsistências e propor melhorias nos processos existentes.
  • Apoiar implantações, treinamentos e iniciativas de melhoria contínua.
  • Trabalhar em conjunto com equipes técnicas para viabilizar integrações e automações quando necessário.

Requisitos:

  • Experiência sólida em levantamento, análise e especificação de requisitos.
  • Experiência prática na configuração e utilização do Pipefy.
  • Conhecimento em BPM, BPMN e modelagem de processos.
  • Vivência com User Stories, critérios de aceite e regras de negócio.
  • Conhecimento em metodologias ágeis (Scrum e/ou Kanban).
  • Experiência com testes funcionais e suporte à homologação (UAT).
  • Conhecimento de APIs REST, JSON, Webhooks e conceitos de integração.
  • Capacidade de documentação funcional e comunicação com diferentes públicos.

Conhecimentos específicos em Pipefy:

  • Criação e gestão de Pipes e fases.
  • Construção de formulários e campos.
  • Regras condicionais.
  • Automações.
  • Tabelas.
  • Conexões entre Pipes.
  • Portais.
  • Gestão de permissões.
  • Configuração e acompanhamento de SLAs.
  • Relatórios e dashboards.
