Als Praktikant*in (m/w/d) bist Du ein vollwertiges Mitglied unseres People & Culture Teams und begleitest den gesamten Employee Life Cycle. Vom ersten Kontakt im Recruiting bis hin zu Themen rund um Entwicklung, Kultur und Zusammenarbeit. So bekommst Du einen echten 360°-Einblick in die Arbeit eines People & Culture Business Partners.

  • Im Recruiting tauchst Du tief in die Talentwelt ein: Du erstellst und optimierst Stellenanzeigen, screenst Profile und Bewerbungen und recherchierst zu Zielgruppen und passenden Kanäle, mit deinem Blick dafür, welche Menschen wirklich zu uns passen.
  • Entlang des gesamten Employee Life Cycle bist Du je nach Bedarf überall dort dabei, wo es spannend wird: beim Onboarding neuer Kolleg*innen, in der internen Kommunikation, bei der Konzeption von Learning-Formaten oder bei Kulturinitiativen, die unsere Zusammenarbeit stärken.
  • Du übernimmst Verantwortung für administrative Aufgaben, unterstützt bei Recherchen und bereitest Daten so auf, dass daraus aussagekräftige Auswertungen und Präsentationen entstehen und damit eine Grundlage für gute Entscheidungen.
  • Während Deiner gesamten Zeit bei uns hast Du einen festen Buddy aus dem Team an Deiner Seite, mit dem Du Dich fachlich und persönlich austauschen, Fragen klären und Ideen spinnen kannst, damit Dein Praktikum nicht nur lehrreich, sondern auch richtig inspirierend wird.

Wann passt Du zu uns?

  • Du studierst (Wirtschafts-)Psychologie, Sozial- oder Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder einen vergleichbaren Studiengang und hast idealerweise bereits erste Praxiserfahrung gesammelt, zum Beispiel durch Praktika oder eine Werkstudierendentätigkeit.
  • Du zeichnest dich durch starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten aus, arbeitest gerne selbstständig, übernimmst früh Verantwortung und hast Lust, Dich mit Deinen eigenen Ideen aktiv einzubringen.
  • Du hast bereits erste Erfahrung im Umgang mit PowerPoint und in der Datenauswertung gesammelt und kannst Inhalte strukturiert und anschaulich aufbereiten.
  • Du bist engagiert, offen für Neues und hast richtig Lust, ein Start-up auf seinem Weg aktiv mitzugestalten und seine Entwicklung aus nächster Nähe zu erleben.
