Cargo: Técnico de Segurança do Trabalho

Objetivo do cargo: Promover a saúde e a segurança dos trabalhadores, prevenindo acidentes e doenças ocupacionais por meio da identificação, avaliação e controle dos riscos existentes no ambiente de trabalho, garantindo o cumprimento da legislação vigente.

Principais responsabilidades:

  • Inspecionar ambientes de trabalho para identificar condições e atos inseguros.
  • Elaborar e implementar ações preventivas para reduzir riscos de acidentes.
  • Ministrar treinamentos sobre segurança, saúde ocupacional e uso correto de Equipamentos de Proteção Individual (EPIs).
  • Realizar integração de segurança para novos colaboradores.
  • Investigar acidentes e incidentes, propondo medidas corretivas e preventivas.
  • Acompanhar o cumprimento das Normas Regulamentadoras (NRs) e demais legislações aplicáveis.
  • Controlar a entrega, utilização e substituição de EPIs.
  • Elaborar relatórios, laudos técnicos, indicadores e documentos relacionados à segurança do trabalho.
  • Participar da elaboração e atualização de programas de saúde e segurança ocupacional.
  • Apoiar a Comissão Interna de Prevenção de Acidentes (CIPA) e promover campanhas de conscientização.
  • Acompanhar inspeções, auditorias e fiscalizações dos órgãos competentes.

Requisitos:

  • Curso Técnico em Segurança do Trabalho concluído.
  • Registro profissional no Ministério do Trabalho, quando aplicável.
  • Conhecimento das Normas Regulamentadoras (NRs) e da legislação de Saúde e Segurança do Trabalho.
  • Conhecimento em informática (Pacote Office).
  • Cnh B
  • Disponibilidade para viagens
