What We Are Looking For We are seeking a Bookkeeper to manage financial transactions, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience in bookkeeping or accounting.

Job Summary The Bookkeeper will be responsible for managing financial records, processing transactions, and assisting with financial reporting. This role is crucial in maintaining financial accuracy and supporting business operations.

Responsibilities

  • Record financial transactions and maintain accurate ledgers.
  • Reconcile bank statements and accounts to ensure accuracy.
  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
  • Generate financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements.
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies and tax regulations.
  • Coordinate with external accountants for audits and tax filings.
  • Maintain organized digital and physical financial records.

Qualifications

  • Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
  • Skills: Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, and financial software. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Attention to detail and high level of accuracy. Ability to handle confidential financial information with integrity. Excellent time management and organizational skills.
