Job Summary The Military Customer Service Agent will serve as our military customers' primary point of contact, assisting with inquiries, orders, and account management. This role requires a deep understanding of military culture and a commitment to providing personalized support to ensure a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and empathy.
  • Assist military customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and managing accounts.
  • Provide detailed information about products, promotions, and services tailored to the military community.
  • Address and resolve customer concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions in the customer database.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Stay informed about military benefits, discounts, and policies relevant to customer service.
  • Represent Parry Botanicals’ values and commitment to quality in every customer interaction.

Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in customer service is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of customer service experience; prior experience with military or veteran communities is strongly preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with military culture, terminology, and support structures. Ability to work independently and handle sensitive customer situations with discretion. A positive attitude and commitment to delivering exceptional service.
