Job Summary The Customer Support Specialist will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience. This role requires a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assist customers with product information, order placement, tracking, and returns.
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and document interactions.
  • Provide feedback to internal teams to improve products and services.
  • Stay informed about company policies, products, and promotions.
  • Assist with customer loyalty programs and retention initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in e-commerce or skincare.
  • Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multitask and handle customer interactions efficiently. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software. A customer-first mindset with a proactive attitude. Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
