Planejar, organizar e controlar as atividades operacionais, equipes de trabalho e recursos para a execução de obras de construção civil; apresentar relatórios à Diretoria da Empresa; fiscalizar as obras destinadas à prevenção/preservação ambiental; identificar e resolver problemas surgidos dentro da sua área de competência; acompanhar, treinar e fornecer feedback a sua equipe de trabalho; executar as atividades observando as normas de segurança e o uso dos EPI’s; participar de treinamentos e reuniões; atender e realizar outras atividades profissionais correlatas e inerentes ao cargo.

Apresentar à Diretoria da Empresa nas reuniões mensais ou sempre que solicitado, relatórios que espelham a posição dos trabalhos realizados e futuros, objetivando possibilitar análises e tomada de decisões.

Submeter à Diretoria da Empresa os procedimentos que envolvam situações de risco, eventuais divergências na execução dos serviços, visando garantir os interesses da empresa.

Fiscalizar as obras destinadas à prevenção/preservação ambiental, acompanhando e orientando os colaboradores na realização dos trabalhos e verificando se estão sendo executados de acordo com o projeto e normas técnicas, a fim de cumprir a Legislação Ambiental;

Proceder a identificação e resolução de problemas surgidos dentro da sua área de competência, aplicando seus conhecimentos teóricos e práticos, objetivando assegurar o desenvolvimento normal dos trabalhos.

Acompanhar, treinar e fornecer feedback a sua equipe de trabalho, estimulando-os e/ou incentivando-os, visando obter alta performance pessoal/profissional e melhorar o nível de satisfação pessoal, bem como uma maior integração e compatibilização das ações com a realidade da Empresa.

Executar as tarefas, quando realizadas nas obras, seguindo e respeitando as normas internas de Qualidade, Saúde, Segurança do Trabalho e Meio Ambiente, a fim de prevenir acidentes e possíveis falhas que possam ocasionar danos físicos e materiais.

Convocar reuniões periódicas com os envolvidos nos processos, acompanhando a execução dos serviços, geral e por canteiro, coordenando, mentalizando e motivando as equipes, objetivando a busca da otimização dos indicadores de desempenho, qualidade e das margens de contribuição.

Proceder a identificação e resolução de problemas, surgidos dentro da sua área de competência, aplicando seus conhecimentos teóricos e práticos, visando assegurar o desenvolvimento normal dos trabalhos.

Acompanhar, treinar e fornecer feedback a sua equipe de trabalho, estimulando-os e/ou incentivando-os, a fim de obter alta performance pessoal/profissional e melhorar o nível de satisfação pessoal, bem como uma maior integração e compatibilização das ações com a realidade da Empresa.

Participar de treinamentos e seminários que propiciem o aprimoramento e o aperfeiçoamento do conhecimento no próprio setor de atuação ou cargo exercido, objetivando a melhoria contínua, bem como o desenvolvimento profissional e pessoal.

Solicitar a orientação do Superior imediato, quando do surgimento de dúvidas atinentes ao desenvolvimento das tarefas, contribuindo desta forma para a eficácia do trabalho.

Participar de reuniões com seu Superior imediato, tratando de assuntos correlatos ao setor, visando possibilitar a avaliação das práticas aplicadas e possibilitar melhor desempenho dos trabalhos.

Atender e realizar outras atividades profissionais correlatas e inerentes ao cargo, conforme orientação e solicitação de seu Superior imediato.

Ensino Superior em Engenharia Civil
