Responsabilidades

  • Estruturar e organizar o uso do ClickUp como ferramenta central da operação de AI Content
  • Transformar atas e planejamentos semanais em tarefas claras, com responsáveis e prazos definidos
  • Gerenciar sprints e garantir a cadência das entregas do time
  • Acompanhar o andamento das demandas entre áreas (comercial, marketing, operações e produto)
  • Garantir visibilidade e organização das prioridades do time
  • Identificar gargalos e propor melhorias nos processos internos
  • Atuar na implementação de metodologias ágeis na rotina da operação
  • Apoiar a liderança na organização e execução estratégica dos projetos ligados ao AI Content
  • Experiência como Gestor(a) de Projetos no mercado digital ou infoprodutos
  • Domínio de ferramentas de gestão (Clickup e semelhantes
  • Experiência prática com gestão de sprints e metodologias ágeis
  • Vivência com times remotos
  • Organização, senso de prioridade e foco em entrega
  • Boa comunicação e habilidade de alinhamento com diferentes áreas Diferenciais
  • Experiência prévia estruturando operações do zero ou em fase de crescimento
  • Interesse ou familiaridade com soluções baseadas em IA
