A Assessoria Royal é uma assessoria de marketing especializada exclusivamente no mercado de móveis planejados. Cuidamos de tráfego pago, criativos, CRM e IA para lojas de planejados em todo o Brasil, funcionando como um braço comercial e de marketing completo para os nossos clientes.

Estamos em fase de expansão e buscamos um Gestor de Projetos para ser o ponto central entre a nossa equipe e os clientes, garantindo que cada entrega aconteça no prazo e com qualidade.

O que você vai fazer

  • Conduzir o onboarding de novos clientes, coletando acessos e alinhando as expectativas logo no início
  • Organizar e gerir as tarefas do time no ClickUp, mantendo tudo em dia
  • Conduzir a daily com o time, cobrando o andamento das tarefas
  • Ser o canal principal de comunicação com os clientes pelo WhatsApp
  • Cobrar prazos e tarefas pendentes junto ao time interno
  • Repassar copies e materiais prontos para o editor de vídeo
  • Acompanhar o passo a passo da entrega junto ao cliente, do início ao fim
  • Realizar reuniões mensais de acompanhamento com cada cliente

Remuneração: Entre R$ 2.000 a 4.000 (a depender do nível de experiência)

As atividades do Gestor de Projetos na Royal são:

  • Conduzir o onboarding de novos clientes, coletando todos os acessos necessários (Instagram, Google Meu Negócio, Gerenciador do Meta, Facebook, informações da IA) e alinhando as expectativas logo no início
  • Organizar e gerir as tarefas do time no ClickUp (Royal Mind), garantindo que os prazos sejam cumpridos
  • Conduzir a daily com o time, cobrando o andamento das tarefas
  • Ser o canal principal de comunicação com os clientes pelo WhatsApp, respondendo dúvidas e mantendo o cliente informado
  • Cobrar prazos e tarefas pendentes junto ao time interno
  • Repassar copies e materiais prontos para o editor de vídeo
  • Acompanhar o passo a passo da entrega junto ao cliente, do onboarding até a entrega final
  • Preencher a planilha matriz de acompanhamento dos clientes
  • Fazer reuniões mensais de acompanhamento com cada cliente
  • Participar de reuniões com os líderes de entrega para alinhar prioridades
