Job Information

The eCommerce Operation Specialist - Compliance protects our marketplace seller accounts (mainly Amazon). The job is simple: keep listings live, stop policy violations before they happen, and protect our Account Health rating.

This role needs close attention to detail and fast action. You will fix listing issues, review content before it goes live, check the Account Health Dashboard (AHD) daily, and bring in the right people to close issues quickly. You will also support the Account Health Project Manager on other initiatives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Investigate and fix listing issues (suppressions, blocks, removals, pricing errors, policy flags) quickly, keep ASINs/listings live and sellable with minimal downtime, and fix root causes so issues don't repeat.
  • Review product content — titles, bullet points, descriptions, images, and attributes — before it goes live, catching and flagging anything that could cause a policy or compliance violation.
  • Monitor the Account Health Dashboard (AHD) and Voice of the Customer (VOC) Dashboard to keep the AH rating healthy with no banners, and flag and escalate any banner, warning, policy notice, or metric drop quickly with the right context.
  • Work with EPM/SEM, the TIC agency, and other teams to resolve issues, track open items to closure, keep stakeholders updated, and be a reliable point of contact for account health questions.
  • Help the Account Health Project Manager with ongoing projects and process improvements, handled as additional work alongside day-to-day (BAU) responsibilities.
  • Own escalations from the Core Team, EPM/SEM, or other stakeholders from intake to resolution — checking documentation before filing appeals, managing cases with the marketplace (e.g., Seller Support, SAS-PSTAM, AHS, Account Manager), and keeping the escalating party updated on the Asana task.
  • Handle urgent, business-critical issues ahead of routine work, respond quickly to situations affecting revenue, listings, or account health, and balance them with ongoing responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and account health management, with working knowledge of Amazon policies, listing/compliance rules, and the Account Health Dashboard (AHD).
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and root-cause analysis skills — needed for content review and violation prevention.
  • Proficient in verbal and written English communication, comfortable working with multiple stakeholders, and able to prioritize and manage several open issues at once with urgency.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, and opening, managing, and appealing cases with Seller Support.
  • (Preferred) Experience across other marketplaces (e.g., Walmart, other regional Amazon marketplaces), writing appeals and Plans of Action (POA), and familiarity with e-commerce content and brand/compliance standards.

What Success Looks Like

  • Listings stay live and the Account Health rating stays healthy and stable — few suppressions or downtime from preventable issues, and no banners on AHD.
  • Fewer post-upload violations due to strong pre-upload content review.
  • Fast, reliable issue resolution and clear follow-through with stakeholders.
  • Real contributions to Account Health PM projects beyond daily work.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
