業務について

▼組織・チーム紹介

PayPayカードのマーケティング本部は、PayPayカードおよびPayPayクレジットの新規会員獲得から利用促進まで、一連のマーケティング活動を幅広く担っています。 今回配属となるデータ分析グループは、マーケティング活動をデータ面から支える組織です。行動データ、決済データ、属性データを活用し、分析設計からデータ抽出、分析、施策提案までを一貫して推進しています。 また、PayPayグループが保有する数千万人規模のデータを活用しながら、データドリブンなマーケティングの実現に取り組んでいます。

【具体的な業務内容】

顧客の行動データ（GoogleAnalytics中心）や決済・属性データ（BigQuery中心）を活用し、データ分析およびデータ活用基盤の整備を通じて、マーケティング活動の高度化を推進していただきます。

  • データ分析業務： └分析設計、SQLを用いたデータ抽出・加工・集計、分析結果に基づく示唆出し
  • データ基盤の整備 └新たなデータ取得やデータ整備を通じた分析環境の改善・高度化
  • レポート作成・保守 └BIツール（LookerStudio）を活用したレポート・ダッシュボードの作成、保守、運用

必要な経験/スキル

下記いずれかのご経験をお持ちの方（目安：3年以上）

  • SQLを利用したデータ抽出・加工・分析経験
  • Google Analytics 4（GA4）を活用したレポーティング、分析、計測設計の経験

あると望ましい経験/スキル

  • BigQueryおよびLooker Studioを用いたデータ分析・レポート作成などの経験

雇用形態

  • 正社員

勤務地

  • Hybrid Workstyle（オフィス＜東京＞、自宅にてリモートワーク） ※所属組織のルールおよび業務指示に応じて出社/リモート対応頂きます。

勤務時間

  • フルフレックス制（コアタイム無し）
  • 原則：午前9時～午後17時45分（実働7時間45分＋休憩時間 1時間）

休日

  • 土日祝日、年末年始および会社指定日

休暇（法定休暇および会社福利厚生）

  • 年次有給休暇(初年度16日間、入社月に応じて按分付与。入社日から使用可）
  • パーソナル休暇（毎年度５日間、（毎年度５日間付与/初年度入社月により3日間もしくは5日間付与） ※PayPayグループ独自の特別有給休暇制度で、本人/家族/ペットなどの病気/ケガ/通院付き添い等にご使用頂けます

  • 年俸制
