PayPayカードの成長を支える新たな事業・サービスの創出をミッションとして、新たに立ち上がった組織です。 PayPayカードおよびPayPayグループが保有する顧客基盤やデータなどのアセットを活用しながら、市場や顧客ニーズを起点とした事業・サービスの創出に取り組んでいます。 少数精鋭組織として、一人ひとりが主体性を発揮し、事業機会の探索から事業化、その後の成長まで一貫して推進しています。

PayPayカードでは、中長期的な成長を支える新たな事業・サービスの創出を重要な取り組みの一つと位置付けています。 その実現に向け、新規事業開発組織を立ち上げ、PayPayカードおよびPayPayグループが保有する顧客基盤やデータなどのアセットを活用した新たな価値の創出に取り組んでいます。 現在は、新たな事業を継続的に創り、その取り組みをさらに加速させていくフェーズです。 これまで新規事業開発に携わってきた方の経験や知見をお迎えし、ともに新たな事業を生み出し育てることで、PayPayカードの新たな成長をさらに加速させていきたいと考えています。

決められたテーマを担当するのではなく、市場や顧客課題を起点に、自ら事業機会を見出し、0から1を生み出す新たな事業・サービスの創出をリードする会社として最注力のポジションです。 また、企画立案だけではなく、事業計画の策定、事業化、サービスリリース、その後の改善・グロースまでオーナーシップを持ち、社内外の関係者を巻き込みながら事業を育てていただくことも重要なミッションです。 変化の速い環境の中で、自ら課題を設定し、周囲を巻き込みながら事業を推進してきた経験を活かし、新たな価値の創出に挑戦いただくことを期待しています。

▼具体的な業務内容

PayPayカードおよびPayPayグループが保有する顧客基盤やデータなどのアセットを活用し、新たな事業・サービスの企画から事業化、その後の成長まで一連のプロセスを担っていただきます。 具体的には、以下の業務を担当いただきます。

  • 新規事業・新サービスの企画、開発
  • 市場調査、競合分析、顧客ニーズ・市場課題の調査・分析
  • ビジネスモデルの設計および事業計画の策定
  • PoC（実証実験）の企画・推進
  • 社内外のステークホルダーとの折衝・アライアンス推進
  • プロジェクトマネジメント
  • サービスリリース後の改善・グロース施策の企画・推進

必要な経験/スキル

以下のご経験をお持ちの方（目安：5年以上）

  • 新規事業開発の経験
  • ビジネス企画、事業計画の策定および推進経験
  • 社内外の関係者を巻き込み、プロジェクトを推進した経験
  • 市場や顧客課題を踏まえ、事業・サービスを企画・推進した経験

あると望ましい経験/スキル

  • インターネットサービスに関わる事業・サービスの企画、開発経験
  • Fintech、金融、決済業界における事業開発経験
  • 新規サービスの立ち上げからグロースまで携わった経験
  • アライアンスの企画・推進経験
  • データ分析を活用した事業・サービス改善の経験
  • 新規組織や新規事業の立ち上げ経験

雇用形態

  • 正社員

勤務地

  • Hybrid Workstyle（オフィス＜東京・福岡いずれか＞、自宅にてリモートワーク） ※所属組織のルールおよび業務指示に応じて出社/リモート対応頂きます。

勤務時間

  • フルフレックス制（コアタイム無し）
  • 原則：午前9時～午後17時45分（実働7時間45分＋休憩時間 1時間）

休日

  • 土日祝日、年末年始および会社指定日

休暇（法定休暇および会社福利厚生）

  • 年次有給休暇(初年度14日間、入社月に応じて按分付与。入社日から使用可）
  • パーソナル休暇（毎年度５日間、（毎年度５日間付与/初年度入社月により3日間もしくは5日間付与） ※PayPayグループ独自の特別有給休暇制度で、本人/家族/ペットなどの病気/ケガ/通院付き添い等にご使用頂けます

給与

  • 年俸制
