業務について

▼組織・チーム紹介

プロダクト本部は、システム開発を担うプロダクト開発部、Webデザインを担うCXO室、プロダクトの企画・推進を担うプロダクト企画部の3つの組織で構成されており、より使いやすく満足度の高いサービスを実現していくために日々取り組んでいます。 今回募集となるプロダクト企画部は、プロダクト/サービスの企画、それを円滑且つ高品質にリリースするためのディレクション、既にリリースされたサービスをより良くしていくための改善に向けたディレクション等を担当しています。

PayPayカードは"圧倒的なNo.1サービス"に向けて、これまで以上にグループ各社との連携を強化しながらクレジット関連サービスの開発/推進しています。 そのため、まさにそのプロダクト/サービスの創出とそれをより良くしていくための改善の役割を担うプロダクト企画部への期待は非常に大きく、今回はそうした組織を牽引していただける方を求めての募集となります。

▼具体的な業務内容

PayPayカードに関連するサービス（PayPayミニアプリ上含む）において、企画からプロジェクトの推進まで一貫して、社内外のステークホルダーとコミュニケーションを取りながらリードしていただきます。

  • 商品性の追加機能に関する企画、立案、推進
  • Webページ制作、システム開発に係る要件定義に関する業務
  • 商品性の改善に関するプロジェクト推進、ディレクション
  • 社内外のステークホルダーとの連携強化、相乗効果創出等に関する企画、立案、推進
  • その他上記に関連する業務

必要な経験/スキル

モバイルアプリまたはWebサービスにおける以下経験をお持ちの方

  • プロダクト/サービスの立ち上げ、もしくは機能追加・改善業務経験
  • プロダクトマネジメント経験
  • エンジニア/デザイナー/ビジネス企画/マーケティング/カスタマーサービス/法務など職種を越えた協働経験、および協働においてリーダーシップを発揮したご経験
  • ビジネスレベル以上の日本語スキル

あると望ましい経験/スキル

  • 決済やFintechサービス・プロダクトの運営/マーケティング/事業開発いずれかのご経験
  • プロジェクトマネジメント経験（アジャイルやスクラム開発のPJ）
  • 大規模ユーザーを持つプロダクトにおける改善、グロースのご経験
  • モバイルアプリ、WebサービスにおけるプロダクトデザインまたはUX/UIデザイン経験
  • モバイルアプリ、Webサービスにおけるフロントエンドまたはバックエンド開発経験組織
  • 人材のマネジメント経験

雇用形態

  • 正社員

勤務地

  • Hybrid Workstyle（オフィス＜東京・福岡いずれか＞、自宅にてリモートワーク） ※所属組織のルールおよび業務指示に応じて出社/リモート対応頂きます。

勤務時間

  • フルフレックス制（コアタイム無し）
  • 原則：午前9時～午後17時45分（実働7時間45分＋休憩時間 1時間）

休日

  • 土日祝日、年末年始および会社指定日

休暇（法定休暇および会社福利厚生）

  • 年次有給休暇(初年度14日間、入社月に応じて按分付与。入社日から使用可）
  • パーソナル休暇（毎年度５日間、（毎年度５日間付与/初年度入社月により3日間もしくは5日間付与） ※PayPayグループ独自の特別有給休暇制度で、本人/家族/ペットなどの病気/ケガ/通院付き添い等にご使用頂けます

給与

  • 年俸制
  • 経験、スキル、業績、貢献度に応じ当社規定により決定
