PayPayカードのシステム開発

圧倒的なスピードで成長を続ける組織では、事業スピードを削がない業務フロー・システムのアップデートが必要不可欠です。 PayPayカードのコーポレートエンジニアリングは、クレジットカードビジネスの根幹を支える審査・債権領域、カスタマー領域、オーソリティ領域に広がるPayPayカードの全領域を支える業務システムの開発を担っています。

審査・与信・債権回収領域の基幹システムにおいて、技術的意思決定とアーキテクチャ設計をリードし、事業要件とシステム品質を両立させることを期待します。 自ら実装を担うだけでなく、複数チームにまたがる技術課題の整理、設計方針の策定、開発生産性の向上、障害予防・運用改善を主導できる方を求めています。 PdM・業務部門・関連開発チームと連携し、技術面から優先順位付けや実現方式の判断を行い、中長期で持続可能なシステム基盤を作れることを重視します。

業務について

▼具体的な業務内容

  • 審査・与信・債権回収に関するバックエンドシステムのアーキテクチャ設計、改善方針の策定
  • 技術選定、設計レビュー、開発方針策定を通じた複数開発チームの技術リード
  • 可用性、性能、セキュリティ、監査性を考慮したシステム設計および継続的改善
  • PdM、業務部門、関連チームと連携した要件具体化、優先順位付け、実現方式の判断
  • 開発生産性向上に向けた標準化、共通化、技術課題解消の推進
  • 障害分析、運用課題の可視化、再発防止を含む運用改善の主導
  • 必要に応じた重要機能の実装、難易度の高い技術課題の解決支援

■ バックエンド プログラミング言語：Java、Kotlin、TypeScript、Python フレームワーク / ライブラリ：Spring Boot、MyBatis など バージョン管理：GitHub テスト：JUnit 開発環境（IDE）：VSCode、IntelliJ コンテナ / クラウド運用：Docker + AWS（ECS、ECR）

■ フロントエンド Typescript/ Vue.js ※ フロントエンド実装そのものより、SPA を前提としたバックエンド連携設計の理解を重視

■ インフラ クラウド基盤：AWS - ECS, EKS, EC2, ECR - RDS（MySQL） - Lambda, MWAA, Step Functions - S3, SNS, SQS - KMS, Secrets Manager - VPC, CloudWatch, CloudTrail - CodePipeline, CodeDeploy, CodeBuild - CloudFormation など

■ データ分析基盤 GCP：BigQuery、Looker Studio

■ その他技術 / ツール Salesforce Genesys Cloud

必要な経験/スキル

  • Java または Kotlin を用いた Web アプリケーションまたは API 開発経験
  • RDBMS を用いた業務システム開発経験
  • システム設計や技術選定をリードした経験
  • 複数の開発関係者と合意形成しながら技術的意思決定を行った経験
  • 課題の抽象化、優先順位付け、改善推進を一気通貫で担った経験
  • クラウド環境における設計、開発、運用経験 ※技術課題（コーディングテスト）で選択可能な言語はJavaまたはKotlinのみとなります

あると望ましい経験/スキル

  • 金融、クレジット、審査、債権回収領域の業務知識
  • Spring Boot など Java 系フレームワークに関する知見
  • AWS、GCP などクラウド環境での開発、運用経験
  • Vue.js など SPA フレームワークを用いたシステムとの連携設計、またはフロントエンドアーキテクチャへの理解
  • 技術ロードマップ策定、標準化、開発プロセス改善を主導した経験
  • 組織横断の課題解決や開発生産性向上に取り組んだ経験
  • 生成 AI を活用した開発改善経験

勤務地

  • Hybrid Workstyle（オフィス＜東京・福岡いずれか＞、自宅にてリモートワーク） ※所属組織のルールおよび業務指示に応じて出社/リモート対応頂きます。

勤務時間

  • フルフレックス制（コアタイム無し）
  • 原則：午前9時～午後17時45分（実働7時間45分＋休憩時間 1時間）

休日

  • 土日祝日、年末年始および会社指定日
