業務について

PayPayカードのマーケティング本部は、PayPayカードおよびPayPayクレジットの新規会員獲得から利用促進まで、一連のマーケティング活動を幅広く担っています。 両サービスのさらなる成長に向けて、認知向上、新規会員獲得、利用促進など、多面的なマーケティング戦略を推進しています。 また、データやプロダクトを活用しながら、会員獲得から利用促進まで幅広いマーケティング施策を展開しています。企画から実行まで一気通貫で関わることができ、新しいアイデアを柔軟に形にできる環境です。 配属先は選考を通じて、これまでのご経験・適性に応じて決定します。

PayPayカードおよびPayPayクレジットは、さらなる事業成長に向けた重要なフェーズを迎えています。 市場でのプレゼンス向上に向けて、新規会員獲得や継続利用の促進に加え、顧客セグメントに応じたマーケティング施策の高度化が求められています。 また、PayPay・ソフトバンク・LINEヤフーなどのグループ企業との連携も多く、スピード感のある課題解決や複数のステークホルダーを巻き込んだプロジェクト推進が重要となっています。 こうした環境の中で、新たなマーケティング戦略の立案から実行までを主体的にリードいただける方を募集しています。

【業務概要】 本ポジションでは、PayPayカードのマーケティング戦略の立案から実行までをリードしていただきます。

具体的な業務例： ●マーケティング施策の企画・推進 ┗会員獲得に向けたプロモーション・キャンペーン企画 ┗認知向上や若年層向け施策など、ターゲット別の戦略立案 ┗利用促進や継続率向上に向けた施策の企画・運用 ●プロダクト／顧客体験の改善 ┗入会導線やアプリ内UI/UXの改善提案 ┗データを活用した顧客セグメント別施策の企画 ●グループ企業との協働 ┗PayPay・ソフトバンク・LINEヤフーとの合同施策の企画・推進 ●チーム運営・プロジェクト推進 ┗メンバー育成、プロジェクトリード

必要な経験/スキル

マネジメント経験に加え、以下のいずれかのご経験をお持ちの方

  • デジタルマーケティングやキャンペーン企画における戦略立案、および売上・会員獲得等のKPI設計・運用経験
  • アプリやWebサービスにおける機能企画、機能改善、グロース施策の推進経験
  • 事業会社の経営企画、事業企画、営業企画等において、数値やKPIに基づく事業推進経験

あると望ましい経験/スキル

  • 事業計画やKPIの策定、推進、運用のご経験
  • プロジェクトマネジメント（PM）の経験
  • データ分析を活用した施策立案・改善経験

勤務地

  • Hybrid Workstyle（オフィス＜東京＞、自宅にてリモートワーク） ※所属組織のルールおよび業務指示に応じて出社/リモート対応頂きます。

勤務時間

  • フルフレックス制（コアタイム無し）
  • 原則：午前9時～午後17時45分（実働7時間45分＋休憩時間 1時間）

休日

  • 土日祝日、年末年始および会社指定日

休暇（法定休暇および会社福利厚生）

  • 年次有給休暇(初年度16日間、入社月に応じて按分付与。入社日から使用可）
  • パーソナル休暇（毎年度５日間、（毎年度５日間付与/初年度入社月により3日間もしくは5日間付与） ※PayPayグループ独自の特別有給休暇制度で、本人/家族/ペットなどの病気/ケガ/通院付き添い等にご使用頂けます
