業務について

▼組織・チーム紹介

事業成長を支えるため、人事制度の運用からデータの利活用までを横断的に捉えた人事企画を推進しています。 主に評価制度を中心とした各種制度（労務関連・表彰等）の企画・見直しから、それに伴う規程改定や労務面の整理までを一貫して担っています。制度を「作って終わり」にするのではなく、運用上の課題解決を通じて、より良い制度の定着を目指しています。 また、AIや人事データの利活用にも注力しており、PythonやBIツール（Tableau等）を活用したデータドリブンな人事企画を推進している点も特徴です。

▼募集背景

事業拡大に伴い、人事に求められる役割は、従来の運用中心から「経営方針を実現するための企画・改善・調整」を主導する役割へとシフトしています。 現在、評価制度の運用改善や労務関連制度など、人事制度全体の見直しを進めています。 これらの取り組みには、経営層との合意形成、労務面の緻密な整理、社員への丁寧な説明、他部門との協力体制構築といった実行プロセスが欠かせません。 また、グループ全体でAI・データの利活用が加速しており、データに基づく施策立案も急務となっています。 こうした変革期において、制度・労務・データを横断し、主体的に企画を推進していただける方を募集します。

【具体的な業務内容】

（１）人事制度の企画

  • 評価・表彰・定年再雇用制度など各種人事制度の企画・設計・見直し
  • 評価制度の運用課題の抽出と改善、それに伴う規定改定や労務面の調整
  • 社員向けの説明・周知など、導入に関わる一連のプロセス

（２）人件費管理・人事データ活用

  • 人件費予算の策定・管理および予実分析
  • Tableau等のBIツールを用いた人事データの可視化
  • データドリブンな人事施策の立案

（３）HR Tech／AI活用

  • AIや新しいテクノロジーを活用した人事業務・企画の高度化
  • グループ共通人事システム導入検討・プロジェクト推進
  • Python等を用いたデータ加工・分析（※経験に応じて）

必要な経験/スキル

以下、すべてを満たす方

  • 人事制度、人事企画、または労務領域における実務・企画経験（3年以上）
  • 多様な関係者（社員・労働者代表・関係部署）との調整・説明経験

あると望ましい経験/スキル

  • 就業規則や人事関連規程の改廃に関する実務経験
  • 人件費の見込み策定、人件費予算の策定・管理に携わった経験
  • 人事データの分析やBIツール（Tableau等）の利用経験
  • Python等を用いたデータ加工・分析の経験
  • AI活用に前向きで、新しい技術やツールへの抵抗がない方
  • プロジェクトマネージャーまたはPMOとして、プロジェクトを推進した経験
  • データ分析により課題を特定し、自ら課題解決に導いた経験

雇用形態

  • 正社員

勤務地

  • Hybrid Workstyle（オフィス＜東京・福岡いずれか＞、自宅にてリモートワーク） ※業務はリモート中心で、出社頻度は週１～2回程度を想定しています。

勤務時間

  • フルフレックス制（コアタイム無し）
  • 原則：午前9時～午後17時45分（実働7時間45分＋休憩時間 1時間）

休日

  • 土日祝日、年末年始および会社指定日

休暇（法定休暇および会社福利厚生）

  • 年次有給休暇(初年度14日間、入社月に応じて按分付与。入社日から使用可）
  • パーソナル休暇（毎年度５日間、（毎年度５日間付与/初年度入社月により3日間もしくは5日間付与） ※PayPayグループ独自の特別有給休暇制度で、本人/家族/ペットなどの病気/ケガ/通院付き添い等にご使用頂けます

給与

  • 年俸制
