業務について

▼組織・チーム紹介

当社が展開するPayPayミニアプリ上のクレジット（旧あと払い）というQR決済・PayPayカードの会員獲得、利用促進の2つの領域でのプロモーション展開を含むマーケティング活動を全般的に実施しています。 クレジット・PayPayカード共にまだスタート期にある新しい商品となるため、プロモーション展開やキャンペーン設計など、全く新しいマーケティングプランを作成し検証していくチャレンジングな業務領域となっています。

クレジット（旧あと払い）・PayPayカードは2022年にリリースされたばかりです。 そのため新規会員獲得に向けては様々な打ち手が広がっており、様々な課題をスピーディーに解決し、高い目標への挑戦が求められています。 また各グループ企業ともプロモーション領域で協働する場面も多く、各社とのすり合わせなど幅広いタスクが展開されています。 この立ち上げ期に一緒に新たなプロモーション戦略を立案し、実行できるメンバーを求めています。

【具体的な業務内容】

PayPayミニアプリ上のクレジット（旧あと払い）や、PayPayカードのマーケティングにおける一連の業務の推進を担っていただきます。

  • 新規プロモーション・キャンペーン企画の立案・実施
  • サービス機能改善の立案・実施
  • 会員獲得、利用促進状況の試算と効果検証
  • ハイレイヤー向けや各グループ各社へのレポーティング
  • 各種プロモーションページの設計
  • 外部広告、マスプロモーション広告のプランニング
  • 予算設計、実行管理
  • Google Analytics等を利用した分析、効果検証
  • 自社DBを活用した各種指標ごとの分析、仮説出し、打ち手の設計

クレジット（旧あと払い）、PayPayカードはPayPayの一翼を担う新たな決済手段となるため、プロモーションにおいてもPayPay、SoftBank、LINEヤフーをはじめとした各グループ企業と協働でプロモーションを行うことが多く、実施する施策や取り扱う数字など、ダイナミックな規模感の施策を自分たちの手で実現できることが何よりも魅力的です。 その分、各グループ企業からの注目も高い領域となりますので、グループ間の折衝やハイレイヤーに向けたレポーティング、提案といった機会も多く、よいプレッシャーを感じながら様々な施策に関わることができるため、非常に多くの経験を積むことができます。 マーケティングにおいて幅広い経験を積むことができるため、一つの領域にとらわれず、マーケティングの上流から下流まで経験をされたい方に特にマッチしています。

必要な経験/スキル

下記いずれかのご経験をお持ちの方

  • WEBを活用したマーケティング、もしくは企画領域での実務経験
  • プロモーション施策、キャンペーン実施などに携わった経験
  • 商品企画立案、効果試算・計測、スケジューリング、進行管理等の経験
  • マーケティングにおける市場調査や分析等のご経験​

あると望ましい経験/スキル

  • プロモーション、キャンペーンにおける企画骨子の立案経験
  • 施策における数値目標の設定や効果測定等の経験
  • リーガル面やクリエイティブ等のレギュレーションチェック業務の経験
  • デザイナー、エンジニアとの折衝経験（施策要件定義やリソース調整等）
  • Google Analytics等を活用したWebページのKPI測定の経験（CTR等の集計・分析等）
  • アフィリエイト広告等の出稿管理経験

雇用形態

  • 正社員

勤務地

  • Hybrid Workstyle（オフィス＜東京＞、自宅にてリモートワーク） ※所属組織のルールおよび業務指示に応じて出社/リモート対応頂きます。

勤務時間

  • フルフレックス制（コアタイム無し）
  • 原則：午前9時～午後17時45分（実働7時間45分＋休憩時間 1時間）

休日

  • 土日祝日、年末年始および会社指定日

休暇（法定休暇および会社福利厚生）

  • 年次有給休暇(初年度16日間、入社月に応じて按分付与。入社日から使用可）
  • パーソナル休暇（毎年度５日間、（毎年度５日間付与/初年度入社月により3日間もしくは5日間付与） ※PayPayグループ独自の特別有給休暇制度で、本人/家族/ペットなどの病気/ケガ/通院付き添い等にご使用頂けます

  • 年俸制
