▼組織・チーム紹介

サイバーセキュリティ本部は、PayPayカードにおけるセキュリティルールの策定および各種セキュリティ業務を担う組織です。 CIA推進部では、ISMS（ISO 27001）をベースとしたセキュリティ施策の推進や、BCP対応に関する取り組みを行っています。 少数精鋭の体制のもと、各メンバーが専門性を発揮しながら連携し、実務を推進しています。

PayPayカードの開発現場は常に「Day 1」他社を圧倒するスピードでプロダクトを磨き上げる環境において、セキュリティは決して「ブレーキ」であってはなりません。私たちが求めるのは、強固なガバナンスを維持しながらビジネスを前へ進める「技術コンサルタント」であり、「攻めのアーキテクト」です。 既存の枠組みにとらわれず、評価手法や運用フローそのものを自らアップデートし、現場エンジニアと共に「どうすれば安全に、かつ最速でリリースできるか」を追求するフェーズにあります。 日本のキャッシュレス決済と金融ライフプラットフォームを次のステージへ引き上げるため、共に「安全な未来」を設計していただけるプロフェッショナルを募集します。

【具体的な業務内容】 情報セキュリティの維持・管理に関わる以下の業務をご担当いただきます。

  1. セキュリティコンサルティング／リスク評価システム構築時のセキュリティ設計レビューおよび改善提案 ・SaaS／クラウドサービス導入におけるリスク評価および導入支援 ・プロジェクトへの参画によるセキュリティ要件の整理・推進 2. ガバナンス運用・高度化 ・ISMS（ISO 27001）に基づく運用および規程管理 ・委託先リスク評価の実施および運用プロセスの改善 3. インシデント対応・教育 ・セキュリティインシデント発生時の対応および再発防止策の推進

必要な経験/スキル

以下のご経験をお持ちの方

  • システム開発またはインフラ構築の経験（目安：3年以上） └プロダクト開発の現場理解があり、エンジニアと対等に議論できる方
  • 情報セキュリティ規程の策定および維持・管理の経験
  • ISMS（ISO 27001）に関する実務経験
  • 多様なステークホルダーとの合意形成能力
  • 課題発見から施策立案・実行までを主体的に推進した経験 ※クレジットカード会社での勤務経験は不問です
  • ビジネスレベル以上の日本語力

あると望ましい経験/スキル

  • プロジェクトマネジメント（PM）の経験
  • リスク評価・リスク分析の経験
  • 管理職またはチームリードの経験
  • セキュリティ／コンプライアンス対応経験 -ISMS審査対応・認証取得対応 -PCI DSS内部監査／準拠対応
  • セキュリティ・IT関連資格 -情報処理技術者試験（ST／SA／PM／NW／DB／SM／AU 等） -情報処理安全確保支援士 -CISA／CIA

  • 正社員

勤務地

  • Hybrid Workstyle（オフィス＜東京・福岡いずれか＞、自宅にてリモートワーク） ※所属組織のルールおよび業務指示に応じて出社/リモート対応頂きます。

勤務時間

  • フルフレックス制（コアタイム無し）
  • 原則：午前9時～午後17時45分（実働7時間45分＋休憩時間 1時間）

休日

  • 土日祝日、年末年始および会社指定日

休暇（法定休暇および会社福利厚生）

  • 年次有給休暇(初年度14日間、入社月に応じて按分付与。入社日から使用可）
  • パーソナル休暇（毎年度５日間、（毎年度５日間付与/初年度入社月により3日間もしくは5日間付与） ※PayPayグループ独自の特別有給休暇制度で、本人/家族/ペットなどの病気/ケガ/通院付き添い等にご使用頂けます

  • 年俸制
