PayPayカードのシステム開発

圧倒的なスピードで成長を続ける組織では、事業スピードを削がない業務フロー・システムのアップデートが必要不可欠です。 PayPayカードのコーポレートエンジニアリングは、クレジットカードビジネスの根幹を支える審査・債権領域、カスタマー領域、オーソリティ領域に広がるPayPayカードの全領域を支える業務システムの開発を担っています。

業務システム開発部はPayPayカードの事業運営を下支えする業務基盤の高度化をミッションとし、審査・与信・債権管理・電話基盤など、事業継続に直結するミッションクリティカルな領域において、業務プロセスの最適化およびシステムの安定性向上を推進しています。システム領域ごとに複数の開発グループに分かれ、エンジニア主体で企画・設計・開発・運用まで一貫して担います。

PayPayカードでは急速な会員数拡大に伴い、審査・与信・債権管理などの業務システムに対する要求が年々高度化しています。ユーザーや業務のきめ細やかなニーズに応え、自社でスピーディーかつ柔軟に改善できる体制を構築するために、内製開発を強化中です。

・審査・与信、債権管理に関わる基幹システムの設計・開発・運用 ・外部信用機関とのデータ連携基盤および利用履歴取得処理の開発 ・スコアリングによる与信設定、不正検知、AML対応などのリスク管理ロジックの実装 ・リアルタイム・大規模データ処理を活用した高精度な審査機能の開発 ・債権管理における顧客検索や督促対象抽出などの業務効率化機能の開発 ・高いセキュリティと安定したトランザクション処理を両立するシステム設計

■ インフラ クラウド基盤：AWS - ECS, EKS, EC2, ECR - RDS（MySQL） - Lambda, MWAA, Step Functions - S3, SNS, SQS - KMS, Secrets Manager - VPC, CloudWatch, CloudTrail - CodePipeline, CodeDeploy, CodeBuild - CloudFormation など

■ データ分析基盤 GCP：BigQuery、Looker Studio

■ その他技術 / ツール Salesforce Genesys Cloud フロントエンド：Vue.js

必要な経験/スキル

  • Java、Kotlin、GoなどによるWeb アプリケーション、API 開発経験
  • RDBMSを利用した業務システム開発経験（特にトランザクション処理に関する理解）
  • RESTful API、gRPC の設計・実装経験
  • Gitを用いたチーム開発経験

あると望ましい経験/スキル

  • 金融、クレジット、決済関連システムの開発経験
  • Spring BootなどJava系フレームワークの深い理解
  • 大規模トラフィック処理やバッチ処理の最適化経験
  • AWS、GCPなどクラウド環境での開発・運用経験
  • チームリーダーまたはテックリードとしての経験
  • 基本設計～運用保守まで一貫して携わった経験
  • 生成AIを活用した設計、コーディング、テストコード生成、ドキュメント作成などの実務経験

勤務地

  • Hybrid Workstyle（オフィス＜東京・福岡いずれか＞、自宅にてリモートワーク） ※所属組織のルールおよび業務指示に応じて出社/リモート対応頂きます。

勤務時間

  • フルフレックス制（コアタイム無し）
  • 原則：午前9時～午後17時45分（実働7時間45分＋休憩時間 1時間）

休日

  • 土日祝日、年末年始および会社指定日

休暇（法定休暇および会社福利厚生）

  • 年次有給休暇(初年度14日間、入社月に応じて按分付与。入社日から使用可）
