業務について

▼組織・チーム紹介

審査企画本部は、データとデジタルテクノロジーによって事業・サービス・働き方の変革を推進し、各事業部と伴走しながら、データドリブンな意思決定を牽引する組織です。 その中で審査分析部は、AIや機械学習を活用した高度な分析を通じて、審査領域の課題解決を担っています。データサイエンティストをはじめとする専門性の高いメンバーが在籍し、課題抽出からモデリング、業務実装、効果検証までを一貫して推進。数千万円規模の利益改善につながる案件も多く、分析成果が経営・事業成果に直結する環境です。

PayPayカードは「圧倒的No.1サービス」の実現に向け、グループ各社との連携を強化しながら事業拡大を進めています。 その中で、審査領域におけるデータ活用の重要性は年々高まり、分析プロジェクトも増加しています。 本ポジションでは、自ら高度な分析を行うだけではなく、データサイエンティストが生み出した分析成果を事業課題の解決や経営判断につなげる役割を担っていただきます。経営層・事業部門・データサイエンティストをつなぐハブとして、プロジェクト推進や提案・プレゼンテーションを通じて、事業成長をリードいただける方を募集しています。

【具体的な業務内容】

与信・審査領域におけるデータ活用プロジェクトの企画・推進から、分析結果を活用した施策立案・意思決定支援まで、一貫して担当いただきます。 PayPayや社内各部門（事業・リスク管理等）、データサイエンティストと連携しながら、複数のプロジェクトをリードしていただきます。

主な業務

  • 課題抽出・プロジェクト企画／推進 審査領域における事業課題の抽出 データ活用テーマの企画・立案 プロジェクト全体の推進および関係者との調整
  • データ分析を活用した施策立案・業務適用 データサイエンティストと連携した分析・モデル開発要件の整理 モデルの業務適用（運用設計）および効果検証 審査スコアや顧客ポートフォリオを活用した施策企画・改善提案
  • プレゼンテーション・意思決定支援 分析結果や機械学習モデルの成果をもとに、経営層・事業部門向けの提案資料を作成 データをビジネス上の意思決定につながる形で整理・可視化し、プレゼンテーションを通じて施策実行を推進

技術環境

  • DWH：GCP（BigQuery等）
  • 機械学習ツール：DataRobot 等
  • ドキュメンテーション：Googleスライド / PowerPoint 等 ※自動化や精度向上に向けた最新技術も積極的に活用しています。

必要な経験/スキル

  • プロジェクトマネジメントまたは企画推進の実務経験（2～3年以上）
  • 経営層や事業部門などのステークホルダーに対し、データ分析結果や企画内容を提案資料（Googleスライド／PowerPoint等）にまとめ、プレゼンテーションを行った実務経験
  • PythonまたはSQLを用いた分析経験、または統計・機械学習に関する基礎知識を有し、データサイエンティストと要件定義や議論ができる方
  • ビジネスレベル以上の日本語力

上記に加え、以下いずれかのご経験をお持ちの方

  • コンサルティングファーム等において、データ分析・AI活用による企業課題の解決、提案、プロジェクト推進を行った経験
  • 事業会社において、データ分析結果をもとに事業施策の立案・実行・検証をリードした経験

あると望ましい経験/スキル

  • 金融・決済・クレジットカード・与信／リスク分析領域における業務経験
  • データサイエンティストや機械学習エンジニアと連携したプロジェクト推進経験
  • SQL等を用いたデータ抽出・集計・分析の実務経験
  • AutoMLツール（DataRobot等）の利用経験

勤務地

  • Hybrid Workstyle（オフィス＜東京・福岡いずれか＞、自宅にてリモートワーク） ※所属組織のルールおよび業務指示に応じて出社/リモート対応頂きます。

出社とリモート勤務を組み合わせたハイブリッドワークです。セキュア環境での作業が必要な場合には出社いただきます（東京オフィスまたは福岡オフィスへの出社が可能な方を対象としています。）

勤務時間

  • フルフレックス制（コアタイム無し）
  • 原則：午前9時～午後17時45分（実働7時間45分＋休憩時間 1時間）

休日

  • 土日祝日、年末年始および会社指定日

休暇（法定休暇および会社福利厚生）

  • 年次有給休暇(初年度16日間、入社月に応じて按分付与。入社日から使用可）
