PayPay銀行のプロジェクト

配属先組織では、クラウド活用やゼロトラスト化を推進しながら、金融機関として求められる高い可用性・セキュリティ要件を満たす次世代ネットワーク基盤の構築を進めています。 オンプレミス環境を主体とした既存ネットワークのモダナイゼーションを推進し、クラウドリフトやSASE活用を通じて、将来を見据えたネットワークアーキテクチャへの変革に取り組んでいます。 ※本ポジションはPayPayカード株式会社での採用となり、入社後は上記プロジェクトメンバーとしてPayPay銀行株式会社への出向を予定しています。

PayPayグループでは、金融サービスのさらなる成長に向けてグループ各社の技術基盤統合やモダナイゼーションを推進しています。 PayPay銀行では、PayPayグループに参画したことにより、オンプレミス環境を主体とした構成からクラウドやゼロトラストアーキテクチャへの移行が進み、まさに大きな変革期を迎えています。 多様な技術要素が入り交じる複雑な環境の中で、安定した基盤を維持しながらも、柔軟に新しい仕組みを取り入れていくことが求められています。 本ポジションは、その中でもPayPay銀行のネットワーク刷新プロジェクトを担う中核人材を募集しています。

業務について

PayPay銀行のネットワーク領域における各種プロジェクトや運用を担当していただきます。 適性・経験に応じて、以下のいずれかの領域をお任せします。

【具体的な業務内容】

1．データセンターネットワーク／SASE基盤の設計・構築・運用

  • ルータ、スイッチ、ファイアウォール、ネットワーク系サーバの管理
  • クラウド移行（クラウドリフト）に伴う既存環境の課題分析、移行計画の立案・実行
  • ZTNA（ゼロトラストネットワークアクセス）、SWG（Secure Web Gateway）、CASB（Cloud Access Security Broker）といったSASE製品の設計・構築・検証・運用
  • セキュリティ強化施策や新規環境展開の推進

2．オフィスネットワークの設計・構築・運用・保守・改善

  • ルータ、スイッチ、ファイアウォール、無線LANなどのネットワーク機器の管理
  • フルクラウド化に向けたSaaS管理型ネットワーク機器の導入・推進
  • オフィスネットワーク環境の安定性・利便性向上に向けた改善活動

上記に加え、共通して以下のような業務も担当いただきます。

  • プロジェクト参画・推進 ネットワーク主導のプロジェクトの他、システム刷新や業務効率化、セキュリティ強化を目的としたプロジェクトに参画 関係部署と連携した計画立案、推進、進捗管理 要件定義～設計・構築・移行までを、内製またはベンダーと協力して遂行
  • 運用・改善業務 ネットワーク監視、障害対応、キャパシティプランニング 機器ライフサイクルに伴う更改（EoL対応など） ネットワークインフラの自動化・効率化の推進

必要な経験/スキル

  • ネットワークの設計・構築・運用経験（5年以上目安）
  • 以下のいずれかのネットワーク機器に関する深い知識と実務経験 Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto Networks, Fortinet, SiR/SRS, IPCOM などのオンプレミス機器 SASE製品の導入、運用経験 SaaS管理型のネットワーク機器の導入、運用経験
  • 複数のプロジェクトのPL、PMまたは運用リーダーとしてQCD管理の経験
  • 運用改善や自動化等の取り組み

あると望ましい経験/スキル

  • SASEソリューションの導入・運用経験、および内製化を視野に入れた知見
  • AWSなどのクラウド環境におけるネットワークの設計・構築・運用経験、および内製化に関する意欲
  • ネットワークの可視化/自動化に関する知識・経験、および内製化への応用経験
  • FISC/PCIDSS等のセキュリティに関する知識

勤務地

  • ハイブリッド（オフィスと在宅勤務）

リモートとオフィスでのハイブリットな形での勤務形態です。業務上セキュア環境下での作業などが必要な場合など出社要請があった際にはご出社頂く必要があります（東京オフィスへ出社頂けることが必須条件となります）

勤務時間

  • フルフレックス制（コアタイム無し）
  • 原則：午前9時～午後17時45分（実働7時間45分＋休憩時間 1時間）

休日

  • 土日祝日、年末年始および会社指定日

休暇（法定休暇および会社福利厚生）

  • 年次有給休暇(初年度16日間、入社月に応じて按分付与。入社日から使用可）

給与

  • 年俸制
  • 経験、スキル、業績、貢献度に応じ当社規定により決定
