Ihre Aufgaben

Bereits ab dem ersten Tag bist Du ein wichtiger Teil des Unternehmens. Im Verlauf der Ausbildung zum Kaufmann (m/w/d) Groß- und Außenhandelsmanagement mit dem Schwerpunkt Großhandel bist Du mittendrin im Tagesgeschäft bei Penning Sanitär Handel. Du erlernst betriebswirtschaftliches und branchenspezifisches Wissen. In einem Praxismonat unterstützt Dich einer unserer Handwerker. Weitere Einsätze in verschiedenen Bereich geben Dir die Möglichkeit, alle relevanten beruflichen und persönlichen Fähigkeiten auszubauen und zu festigen.

  • Du erlernst die kaufmännischen Vorgänge und Prozesse des Unternehmens
  • Du sammelst umfangreiche Produktkenntnisse und übernimmst wichtige Aufgaben im Bereich Warenwirtschaft
  • Des Weiteren durchläufst Du die einschlägigen Abteilungen, wie zum Beispiel Vertrieb, Einkauf, Lager, Haustechnik und Einbauküchen. Auch ein Einsatz in weiteren Niederlassungen ist möglich
  • Der Besuch der Berufsschule und interne Schulungen sowie interessante Projekte runden die Ausbildung ab
  • Ausbildungsbeginn ist der 01.08.2026. Die Ausbildungsdauer beträgt 3 Jahre, Verkürzungen sind möglich.

Ihr Profil

Wir suchen für unsere Niederlassung in Hamburg einen Auszubildenden (m/w/d) für Groß- und Außenhandelsmanagement für unser Team - eine Person, die uns mit ihrer Persönlichkeit überzeugt und sich für unsere Produkte begeistert.

  • Gute Mittlere Reife oder eine vergleichbare schulische Ausbildung
  • Kommunikativ, teamorientiert und neugierig auf kaufmännische Zusammenhänge
  • Organisationstalent und Eigeninitiative, Lust Neues kennenzulernen
  • Freude im Umgang mit Kunden
  • Erste Kenntnisse in MS-Office-Anwendungen (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
