Quem somos:

Somos um escritório contábil com atuação estratégica, forte presença nos segmentos de importação e comércio, e alta especialização tributária. Estamos localizados na Pedra Branca, em Palhoça - SC, e buscamos um profissional com boa base técnica e senso analítico para somar com a gente.

Nesta função você irá:

Aqui, o Analista Contábil Pleno não fica preso apenas à rotina operacional. Ele participa da construção de uma contabilidade mais organizada, inteligente e útil para o cliente.

Principais atividades:

Executar a escrituração contábil completa, realizando a classificação e conciliação de contas patrimoniais e de resultado;

Conduzir os fechamentos contábeis mensais, garantindo a exatidão de saldos, provisões, despesas, receitas e integrações de sistemas;

Elaborar balancetes, balanços patrimoniais, DRE e estruturar demonstrações e relatórios contábeis para suporte à tomada de decisão;

Garantir a exatidão na apuração de IRPJ e CSLL para empresas optantes pelo Lucro Real e Lucro Presumido;

Responsabilizar-se pela entrega de obrigações acessórias (como ECD, ECF e EFD-Reinf/DCTFWeb), assegurando a correta transição e envio das informações que substituíram a DIRF;

Identificar inconsistências em relatórios, propondo correções ativas e sugerindo melhorias contínuas para os processos internos;

Prestar atendimento consultivo e técnico aos clientes, esclarecendo dúvidas sobre rotinas contábeis e tributárias do dia a dia;

Prestar suporte ao desenvolvimento do time, apoiando e revisando as rotinas de assistentes e analistas juniores;

Manter-se atualizado frente às legislações e normas vigentes (CPC, CFC e Receita Federal), aplicando as mudanças no dia a dia do escritório.

E para ser do time, é importante que você tenha:

Formação completa em Ciências Contábeis;

Experiência anterior na área contábil;

Vivência com empresas do Lucro Real e Presumido;

Conhecimento em fechamento contábil, conciliações e demonstrações contábeis;

Boa leitura da legislação contábil e tributária;

Excel intermediário ou avançado.

Será legal se você tiver:

Experiência com o sistema Questor;

Vivência com empresas de importação e comércio;

Conhecimento em parametrizações, integrações e saneamento contábil;

Perfil organizado, analítico e com boa comunicação com clientes.

Passeio Pedra Branca - Palhoça/SC

Jornada:

Segunda a sexta

08:00 às 12:00 e 13:30 às 18 (sexta feira saída às 17 horas)

Regime de contratação:

CLT
