Estamos buscando uma pessoa que goste de gente, organização e de fazer as coisas acontecerem.

O que você vai fazer?

Conduzir processos de recrutamento e seleção, desde a abertura da vaga até a contratação;

Realizar processos de admissão e integração de novos colaboradores;

Apoiar e acompanhar rotinas de Departamento Pessoal, incluindo ponto, férias, benefícios, documentos e informações para folha de pagamento;

Dar suporte aos processos de desligamento e rescisão;

Organizar e acompanhar treinamentos e ações de desenvolvimento;

Apoiar os processos de avaliação de desempenho;

Acompanhar documentos, controles, prazos e informações dos colaboradores;

Apoiar gestores e colaboradores em situações do dia a dia e na mediação de conflitos;

Desenvolver ações voltadas ao clima organizacional, cultura e engajamento;

Criar ações internas, campanhas, datas comemorativas e momentos de integração e confraternização;

Contribuir com ideias e melhorias para os processos de Recursos Humanos.

O que esperamos de você?

Experiência anterior na área de Recursos Humanos;

Conhecimento em Excel e ferramentas de informática;

Organização e atenção aos detalhes, documentos e prazos;

Boa comunicação e facilidade para lidar com diferentes públicos;

Perfil proativo, responsável e com facilidade para trabalhar em equipe;

Criatividade para desenvolver ações de integração, endomarketing e momentos de descontração para os colaboradores.

Será um diferencial se você tiver:

Ter experiência prática com admissão, férias, rescisão, controle de ponto e benefícios, além de vivência em RH generalista e/ou Departamento Pessoal.
