Estamos buscando um(a) Gerente de Escritório Contábil para assumir a gestão da operação e da equipe, garantindo organização dos processos, cumprimento dos prazos e qualidade nas entregas aos clientes.

Buscamos um profissional com sólida experiência em escritório de contabilidade, visão ampla das áreas contábil, fiscal e departamento pessoal e, principalmente, capacidade de liderança e gestão.

O que você vai fazer?

Gerenciar e acompanhar as rotinas do escritório e os diferentes setores;

Liderar, orientar e desenvolver a equipe;

Distribuir demandas e acompanhar produtividade, prazos e qualidade das entregas;

Garantir o cumprimento das obrigações contábeis, fiscais e trabalhistas;

Acompanhar fechamentos e revisar situações de maior complexidade;

Apoiar tecnicamente a equipe na resolução de dúvidas e problemas;

Acompanhar a carteira de clientes e atuar na solução de demandas mais estratégicas;

Manter contato com clientes, oferecendo suporte e orientação;

Identificar oportunidades de melhoria nos processos internos;

Criar e acompanhar controles e indicadores da operação;

Apoiar a direção do escritório nas decisões relacionadas à equipe, clientes e operação;

Manter o escritório atualizado em relação às mudanças na legislação e seus impactos nos clientes.

O que esperamos de você?

Formação em Ciências Contábeis;

Experiência sólida em escritório de contabilidade;

Experiência anterior com liderança ou gestão de equipes;

Conhecimento das rotinas contábil, fiscal e departamento pessoal;

Conhecimento dos diferentes regimes tributários, especialmente Simples Nacional, Lucro Presumido e Lucro Real;

Conhecimento de obrigações acessórias e fechamentos;

Facilidade no relacionamento com clientes;

Perfil organizado, resolutivo e com capacidade de estabelecer prioridades;

Boa comunicação e postura de liderança.

Será um diferencial se você tiver:

CRC ativo;

Experiência anterior como gerente, coordenador(a) ou supervisor(a) de escritório contábil;

Vivência com gestão de carteira de clientes e indicadores;

Experiência com melhoria e padronização de processos;

Conhecimento sobre as mudanças relacionadas à Reforma Tributária..

Florianópolis/SC - Trindade
