O que você vai fazer?

Realizar a substituição e atualização de computadores e notebooks;

Efetuar a retirada dos equipamentos antigos e a instalação dos novos dispositivos;

Realizar a configuração inicial dos equipamentos, incluindo sistema operacional, aplicativos e demais recursos necessários;

Executar a transferência e/ou restauração de dados, arquivos e configurações, quando necessário;

Realizar testes de funcionamento, garantindo a correta operação dos equipamentos instalados;

Identificar, registrar e controlar os equipamentos substituídos;

Prestar suporte e orientação aos usuários quanto à utilização dos novos equipamentos;

Atualizar os registros do atendimento e realizar o encerramento dos chamados na ferramenta de gestão.

Vamos adorar se você tiver os seguintes requisitos:

Ensino médio completo;

Curso técnico em Informática, Manutenção de Computadores, Redes ou áreas relacionadas, completo ou em andamento;

Conhecimento básico em instalação e configuração de computadores e notebooks;

Conhecimento em instalação e configuração do sistema operacional Windows;

Conhecimento básico em instalação e configuração de softwares e aplicativos;

Noções de hardware, periféricos e diagnóstico de problemas;

Conhecimento básico em backup, transferência e restauração de arquivos;

Familiaridade com ferramentas de chamados (Service Desk/Help Desk) será um diferencial;

Noções de redes e conectividade;

Boa comunicação e facilidade para atendimento e suporte aos usuários;

Organização, atenção aos detalhes e disposição para aprender.

Será legal se você ter:

Certificação na área de Tecnologia (ex.: Microsoft, Cisco, ITIL, Google Cloud, Azure, etc...)

Qual o meu horário de trabalho?

De Segunda a sexta, das 08h às 17h, com 1 hora de intervalo.

Salário:

R$ 2.500,00
