  • Operative Gesamtverantwortung gemeinsam mit dem CEO: Sie sind das Bindeglied zwischen Geschäftsführung und Tagesgeschäft
  • Steuerung der Projektabwicklung von der Übergabe aus dem Vertrieb bis zur Inbetriebnahme (Engineering, Procurement, Construction)
  • Aufbau und Führung der operativen Teams sowie Steuerung externer Dienstleister und Subunternehmer
  • Steuerung der Lieferantenbeziehung (Beschaffung, Liefertermine, Qualitätssicherung)
  • Verantwortung für Kosten-, Termin- und Qualitätsziele laufender Speicherprojekte
  • Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen und Strukturen im Zuge des Unternehmenswachstums
  • Schnittstelle zu Netzbetreibern, Behörden, Bauunternehmen und Gutachtern

Ihr Profil

  • 5+ Jahre Erfahrung in einer operativen Führungsposition (COO, Head of Operations, Projektleitung), idealerweise im Bereich Energie, erneuerbare Energien oder Anlagenbau
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Ingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Energietechnik, Betriebswirtschaft oder vergleichbar
  • Erfahrung in der Steuerung von EPC-Projekten sowie im Lieferanten- und Vertragsmanagement
  • Erfahrung im Aufbau von Strukturen in einem wachsenden Unternehmen
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Deutschlands
  • Hands-on-Mentalität gepaart mit strategischem Weitblick
  • Durchsetzungsstärke und pragmatische Entscheidungsfreude bei komplexen Themen
  • Ausgeprägte Führungs- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise in einem dynamischen Umfeld
