Ihre Aufgaben

  • Identifikation und Beurteilung potenzieller Standorte, Klärung planungsrechtlicher Grundlagen und Koordination der Grundstückssicherung.
  • Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Netzprüfungen sowie Abstimmungen mit dem Verteil- oder Übertragungsnetzbetreiber.
  • Strukturierung und Begleitung technischer Planungsschritte wie Dimensionierung des Speichers, technische Auslegung, Layoutplanung und Sicherheitsbetrachtungen.
  • Koordination aller genehmigungsrelevanten Aktivitäten, einschließlich Erstellung bzw. Beschaffung erforderlicher Unterlagen, Einreichung des Bauantrags sowie Umsetzung behördlicher Auflagen.
  • Enge Abstimmung mit unseren Engineering- und EPC-Partnern während der Umsetzungsphase, Überwachung von Installationen, Tests und Abnahmen.
  • Unterstützung bei der Wirtschaftlichkeitsbewertung der Projekte durch Modellierung von Erlösstrukturen, Capex-/Opex-Abschätzungen und technischen Sensitivitäten.
  • Aktive Neukundengewinnung: Identifikation potenzieller Kunden, Erstansprache, Bedarfserhebung, Ausarbeitung kundenspezifischer Lösungen und Begleitung bis zur Angebotsreife.
  • Regelmäßige Vor-Ort-Präsenz bei Kunden, insbesondere in Bruchsal und Frankfurt, um Projekte transparent zu erklären und Referenzen erlebbar zu machen.
  • Klare und strukturierte Kommunikation gegenüber Partnern, Behörden, Dienstleistern und Geschäftsführung.

Ihr Profil

  • Technisches Grundverständnis für Energiesysteme, insbesondere Batteriespeicher und deren Einsatz in Netz-, Behind-the-Meter- oder Co-Location-Anwendungen.
  • Erste einschlägige Berufserfahrung (z. B. technische Projektabwicklung, Energietechnik, Speichertechnologie, technische Beratung, Netzinfrastruktur oder vergleichbare Bereiche).
  • Fähigkeit, technische Inhalte präzise mit kaufmännischen Fragestellungen zu verknüpfen, inklusive sicherer Arbeit mit Excel und analytischen Modellen.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
  • Bereitschaft zu regelmäßigen Fahrten zu Kundenstandorten und Projektpartnern, insbesondere nach Bruchsal und Frankfurt.
  • Organisierte und verlässliche Arbeitsweise: Du hältst Prozesse im Blick, setzt Prioritäten sauber und sorgst dafür, dass Themen zuverlässig abgeschlossen werden.
  • Hohe Eigeninitiative sowie die Fähigkeit, vorausschauend zu handeln und Informationen selbstständig einzuholen.
