Stel je voor: een rol waarin je dagelijks contact hebt met klanten over slimme LED oplossingen, werkt aan indrukwekkende lichtprojecten en elke dag groeit in je commerciële talenten.

OneEightyOne zoekt een proactieve en resultaatgerichte collega die energie haalt uit klantcontact en het ondersteunen van ons sales team. Jij weet commerciële kansen te benutten én tegelijkertijd onze klanten te voorzien van uitstekende service.

Jouw Impact:

  • jij bent de schakel tussen klanten en ons team en zorgt ervoor dat elke klantvraag leidt tot een oplossing.
  • door actief contact op te nemen met klanten ontdek je nieuwe kansen, bouw je relaties uit en zorg je voor langdurige samenwerkingen.
  • je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen en opvolgen van offertes, waarbij je klanten begeleidt in het maken van de beste keuzes.
  • je zorgt dat orders vlekkeloos worden verwerkt en dat klanten altijd op de hoogte zijn van levertijden.
  • after-sales is jouw kans om klanten positief te verrassen en ze enthousiast te houden over onze producten en diensten.

Jij hebt:

  • een afgeronde MBO-opleiding (niveau 4).
  • minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in een commerciële binnendienstfunctie.
  • affiniteit met elektrotechniek (is een plus).
  • goede kennis van Nederlands en Engels.
