Achter iedere innovatieve warmte-installatie schuilt een slim elektrotechnisch ontwerp. Ben jij degene die de technische koers bepaalt?

Warmte.

Onmisbaar in ons dagelijks leven. In kachels, airco's, koffie- en wasmachines, van auto's en vliegtuigen tot industriële ovens en procesinstallaties; overal speelt warmte een essentiële rol en zorgt het voor goed functioneren en comfort.

Warmte kent vele vormen en toepassingen. Achter iedere toepassing schuilt een complexe technische uitdaging. Soms standaard, vaak volledig maatwerk. Juist daar komen elektrotechniek, instrumentatie, automatisering en veiligheid samen. En precies daar kom jij in beeld!

Dit ga je doen Als Lead E&I Engineer ben jij technisch eindverantwoordelijk voor de elektrotechnische en instrumentatie-engineering van onze industriële ovens en warmte-installaties. Je vertaalt complexe klantvragen naar veilige, betrouwbare en toekomstbestendige ontwerpen en bepaalt de technische koers binnen uitdagende projecten. Je bent vanaf de eerste klantvraag betrokken bij het ontwerp en bewaakt gedurende het hele project de technische kwaliteit. Je ontwikkelt systeemarchitecturen, maakt ontwerpkeuzes, toetst ontwerpen aan geldende normen en zorgt dat veiligheid, betrouwbaarheid en maakbaarheid altijd voorop staan.

Je werkt intensief samen met collega's van Mechanical Engineering, Software Engineering, Projectmanagement en Productie. Daarnaast ben je het technische aanspreekpunt voor klanten, leveranciers en collega's en adviseer je over verbeteringen, uitbreidingen en innovatieve oplossingen.

Incidenteel bezoek je klanten tijdens de engineeringfase of commissioning om projecten succesvol af te ronden.

Kortom: jij bent degene die ervoor zorgt dat complexe E&I-vraagstukken worden vertaald naar slimme, veilige en hoogwaardige warmteoplossingen die wereldwijd worden ingezet.

Dit ben jij Jij bent een engineer die verder kijkt dan het ontwerp alleen. Je vindt het leuk om technische keuzes te maken, verantwoordelijkheid te nemen en collega's mee te nemen in jouw visie. Je overziet complexe vraagstukken, stelt de juiste prioriteiten en haalt energie uit het bouwen aan innovatieve installaties die technisch tot in detail kloppen. Wat je verder meebrengt:

  • Een afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding richting Elektrotechniek, Industriële Automatisering, Mechatronica of vergelijkbaar;
  • Minimaal vijf jaar ervaring binnen E&I Engineering;
  • Ervaring als Lead Engineer of de ambitie om deze stap te maken;
  • Kennis van meet- en regeltechniek, industriële installaties en relevante normen zoals NEN-EN-IEC en CE;
  • Affiniteit met industriële automatisering en kennis van PLC- en/of SCADA-systemen;
  • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal;
  • Bereidheid om incidenteel internationale klanten te bezoeken;
  • Humor. Slechte mag ook.

Dit bieden wij Word jij onze collega, dan kun je rekenen op:

  • Een aantrekkelijk salaris van €4.750 tot €5.850 bruto per maand op basis van een 38-urige werkweek, plus 8% vakantiegeld;
  • Een winstdelingsregeling, omdat we samen bouwen aan het succes van Electron;
  • Een jaarcontract voor 32 tot 38 uur per week, met de duidelijke intentie om dit om te zetten naar een vast dienstverband;
  • 200 vakantie-uren per jaar (op basis van een fulltime dienstverband van 38 uur) én een tijd-voor-tijdregeling, zodat overuren waar mogelijk kunnen worden opgenomen in vrije tijd;
  • Drie studiedagen per jaar én alle ruimte om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen via opleidingen en trainingen;
  • Een laptop, telefoonvergoeding en een reiskostenvergoeding van €0,25 per kilometer, met een maximum van €245,- per maand;
  • Gezellige borrels, BBQ's, personeelsuitjes en een fanatiek potje tafeltennis of biljart;
  • En natuurlijk een goede pensioenregeling voor een zorgeloze toekomst voor jezelf en/of jouw gezin.
