Onmisbaar in ons dagelijks leven. In kachels, airco's, koffie- en wasmachines, van auto's en vliegtuigen tot industriële ovens en procesinstallaties; overal speelt warmte een essentiële rol en zorgt het voor goed functioneren en comfort.

Warmte kent vele vormen en toepassingen. Achter iedere toepassing schuilt een technische uitdaging. Soms standaard, vaak innovatief en vrijwel altijd maatwerk. Dat vraagt om precisie, technisch inzicht en vakmanschap. En precies daar kom jij in beeld!

Dit ga je doen Als Technisch Specialist Warmtetechniek bouw jij complete industriële warmteoplossingen. Van hoogwaardige verwarmingselementen en verwarmingssystemen tot complexe industriële ovens en thermische procesinstallaties. Je werkt vanaf technische tekeningen en vertaalt deze naar hoogwaardige maatwerkoplossingen voor klanten over de hele wereld.

Je bewerkt uiteenlopende materialen, zoals metaal, keramiek en isolatiematerialen, stelt constructies samen, voert TIG-laswerk uit en monteert complete systemen inclusief verwarmingselementen en elektrische componenten. Vervolgens test je de installaties, controleer je of alles voldoet aan de gestelde kwaliteitseisen en signaleer je afwijkingen of verbeterkansen.

Omdat vrijwel ieder project maatwerk is, is geen werkdag hetzelfde. Je denkt actief mee over maakbaarheid, kwaliteit en procesverbeteringen en schakelt daarbij regelmatig met collega's van Engineering en Werkvoorbereiding. Kortom: jij bouwt geen losse onderdelen, maar complete technische maatwerkoplossingen waar vakmanschap, precisie en kwaliteit samenkomen.

Dit ben jij

Jij bouwt liever iets unieks dan honderd keer hetzelfde. Je houdt van techniek, werkt graag met je handen en krijgt energie van maatwerk. Je denkt in oplossingen, werkt nauwkeurig en bent pas tevreden als het eindresultaat klopt. Je hoeft geen ervaring te hebben met industriële ovens. Heb je een technische achtergrond in bijvoorbeeld de machinebouw, metaalbewerking, interieurbouw of werktuigbouw? Dan zorgen wij ervoor dat je de rest leert. Daarnaast:

  • Kun je technische tekeningen lezen;
  • Werk je nauwkeurig en kwaliteitsgericht;
  • Heb je ervaring met metaalbewerking, assemblage of constructiewerk;
  • Heb je humor. Slechte mag ook.

Dit bieden wij

Word jij onze collega, dan kun je rekenen op:

  • Een aantrekkelijk salaris van €3.775 tot €4.200 bruto per maand op basis van een 38-urige werkweek, plus 8% vakantiegeld;
  • Een winstdelingsregeling, omdat we samen bouwen aan het succes van Electron;
  • Een jaarcontract voor 32 tot 38 uur per week, met de duidelijke intentie om dit om te zetten naar een vast dienstverband;
  • 200 vakantie-uren per jaar (op basis van een fulltime dienstverband van 38 uur) én een tijd-voor-tijdregeling, zodat overuren waar mogelijk kunnen worden opgenomen in vrije tijd;
  • Drie studiedagen per jaar én alle ruimte om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen via opleidingen en trainingen;
  • Een reiskostenvergoeding van €0,25 per kilometer, met een maximum van €245,- per maand;
  • Gezellige borrels, BBQ's, personeelsuitjes en een fanatiek potje tafeltennis of biljart;
  • En natuurlijk een goede pensioenregeling voor een zorgeloze toekomst voor jezelf en/of jouw gezin.
