Onmisbaar in ons dagelijks leven. In kachels, airco's, koffie- en wasmachines, van auto's en vliegtuigen tot industriële ovens en procesinstallaties; overal speelt warmte een essentiële rol.

Warmte kent vele vormen en toepassingen. Achter iedere toepassing schuilt een technische uitdaging. Soms standaard, vaak maatwerk. Iedere keer opnieuw een technische puzzel die vraagt om vakmanschap. En dat vak? Dat leren we je graag!

Dit ga je doen Als Junior Technisch Specialist Warmtetechniek leer je stap voor stap hoe complete industriële warmteoplossingen worden gebouwd. Je werkt samen met ervaren collega's die je begeleiden en je alle kneepjes van het vak leren. Vrijwel ieder project is maatwerk, waardoor geen dag hetzelfde is.

Je leert technische tekeningen lezen en ontdekt hoe je verschillende materialen, zoals metaal, keramiek en isolatiematerialen, bewerkt en samenbrengt tot één hoogwaardig eindproduct. Je houdt je bezig met zagen, frezen, schuren, assembleren en monteren. Daarnaast leer je verwarmingselementen opbouwen, elektrische componenten aansluiten en installaties testen voordat ze naar de klant gaan.

Naarmate je groeit in het vak, krijg je steeds meer verantwoordelijkheid en werk je steeds zelfstandiger aan onze innovatieve warmteoplossingen. Kortom: jij leert een uniek technisch vak dat je vrijwel nergens anders in Nederland kunt leren.

Dit ben jij

Jij wordt enthousiast van techniek en vindt het leuk om met je handen te werken. Je bent nieuwsgierig, leergierig en wilt jezelf ontwikkelen tot een echte technische specialist. Ervaring met industriële warmteoplossingen is niet nodig; motivatie en technisch inzicht vinden wij veel belangrijker. Daarnaast:

  • Heb je een technische vmbo- of mbo-opleiding, of vergelijkbaar werk- en denkniveau;
  • Werk je nauwkeurig en heb je oog voor kwaliteit;
  • Ben je gemotiveerd om een specialistisch vak te leren;
  • Vind je afwisseling in je werk belangrijk;
  • Heb je humor. Slechte mag ook.

Dit bieden wij Word jij onze collega, dan kun je rekenen op:

  • Een aantrekkelijk salaris van €2.750 tot €3.125 bruto per maand op basis van een 38-urige werkweek, plus 8% vakantiegeld;
  • Een winstdelingsregeling, omdat we samen bouwen aan het succes van Electron;
  • Een jaarcontract voor 32 tot 38 uur per week, met de duidelijke intentie om dit om te zetten naar een vast dienstverband;
  • 200 vakantie-uren per jaar (op basis van een fulltime dienstverband van 38 uur) én een tijd-voor-tijdregeling, zodat overuren waar mogelijk kunnen worden opgenomen in vrije tijd;
  • Drie studiedagen per jaar én alle ruimte om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen via opleidingen en trainingen;
  • Een reiskostenvergoeding van €0,25 per kilometer, met een maximum van €245,- per maand;
  • Gezellige borrels, BBQ's, personeelsuitjes en een fanatiek potje tafeltennis of biljart;
  • En natuurlijk een goede pensioenregeling voor een zorgeloze toekomst voor jezelf en/of jouw gezin.
