Deine Aufgaben

Du betreust spannende IT-Projekte – sowohl im Tagesgeschäft als auch direkt beim Kunden vor Ort. Schon in der Planungsphase entwickelst du gemeinsam mit dem Kunden die passende Lösung.

  • Du begleitest den gesamten Projektverlauf von Anfang bis Ende und übergibst dann an das Helpdesk-Team.
  • Auch nach Projektabschluss stehst du als fachlicher Ansprechpartner für komplexe Themen zur Verfügung und begleitest den erfolgreichen Übergang in das Tagesgeschäft.
  • Du hilfst aktiv dabei, unsere Abläufe ständig zu verbessern und neue Ideen einzubringen.
  • Du setzt Sicherheitsrichtlinien um und unterstützt bei der Analyse von sicherheitsrelevanten Vorfällen.
  • Du erstellst und aktualisierst praktische Anleitungen, FAQs und Lösungswege für das Team und unsere Kunden.

Worauf wir uns freuen

  • Dein Fundament ist, dass Du schon einige Jahre in einem IT-Systemhaus oder in einem ähnlichen Bereich gearbeitet hast.
  • Deine Expertise: Du kennst dich gut mit IT-Infrastruktur, Netzwerken und IT-Sicherheit aus.
  • Mit Microsoft 365, Windows und am besten auch mit Virtualisierung hast du Erfahrung.
