Deine Aufgaben

  • Unser RMM-Systeme verwalten und optimieren: Du kümmerst dich um die kontinuierliche Pflege und Weiterentwicklung unserer Remote Monitoring & Management Plattform. Dabei sorgst du dafür, dass alles reibungslos funktioniert und Prozesse laufend verbessert werden.
  • Daten aufbereiten und visualisieren: Du bereitest inventarisierte Daten strukturiert auf und stellst sie mithilfe von SQL sowie modernen Visualisierungstools wie Grafana verständlich und aussagekräftig dar.
  • Skripte entwickeln und Monitoring steuern: Du pflegst unsere Überwachungs- und Alarmierungsmechanismen, um Probleme frühzeitig zu erkennen und Abläufe zu automatisieren.
  • Mit Kollegen kommunizieren und abstimmen: Du agierst in enger Abstimmung mit unserem User Help Desk und Projektteam und hilfst bei der Automatisierung unserer IT- Dienstleistungen.
  • Patchmanagement und Geräteüberwachung: Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für eine stabile IT-Infrastruktur durch systematisches Patchmanagement und die Überwachung von Netzwerkgeräten.
  • Systempflege & Zusammenarbeit mit Partnern: Ob selbstständig oder gemeinsam mit unserem Distributor – du hältst die Systeme aktuell und funktionsfähig.
  • Reports erstellen und weiterentwickeln: Du entwickelst aussagekräftige Reports mit bestehenden Tools oder bringst neue Lösungen ein, um unsere Daten noch effizienter auszuwerten.

Worauf wir uns freuen

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im IT-Bereich oder vergleichbare praktische Erfahrungen gesammelt.
  • Du kennst dich bestens mit RMM-Systemen wie ConnectWise Automate, Kaseya, Datto oder SolarWinds aus und weißt, wie man diese effizient zur Fernwartung und Systempflege einsetzt.
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute SQL-Kenntnisse und hast bereits mit Visualisierungstools wie Grafana gearbeitet, um technische Daten verständlich und aussagekräftig darzustellen.
  • Idealerweise hast du schon eigene Skripte entwickelt – beispielsweise mit PowerShell oder Python – um Prozesse zu automatisieren und Systeme zu optimieren.
