Deine Aufgaben

Als Werkstudent:in im Bereich Faktura unterstützt du unser Team dabei, den gesamten Abrechnungsprozess professionell und effizient zu gestalten. Dein Verantwortungsbereich reicht von der Erstellung von Rechnungen basierend auf systemischen Vorgaben bis hin zur Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Übergangs zwischen Angeboten, Aufträgen und Anpassungen. Du sorgst dafür, dass Abrechnungen strukturiert und nachvollziehbar erstellt werden. Deine Tätigkeit trägt maßgeblich dazu bei, dass unsere Faktura-Prozesse transparent, effizient und kundenorientiert ablaufen. Bringe deine Begeisterung für Zahlen und deine Affinität zu strukturierten Prozessen ein und werde Teil eines engagierten Teams, das gemeinsam an optimalen Lösungen für unsere Abrechnung arbeitet!

  • Erstellung und Pflege von Ausgangsrechnungen
  • Prüfung von Rechnungsdaten und Klärung von Abweichungen
  • Unterstützung bei Mahnwesen
  • Kommunikation mit internen Abteilungen zur Datenabstimmung
  • Mithilfe bei der Optimierung von Faktura- und Dokumentationsprozessen

Worauf wir uns freuen

Du verfügst über ein gutes Verständnis für Zahlen und bringst idealerweise erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Buchhaltung, Faktura oder Rechnungswesen mit. Deine Arbeitsweise ist strukturiert, genau und eigenverantwortlich. Zudem bist du sicher im Umgang mit MS Office – insbesondere Excel – und kannst dich schnell in neue Systeme einarbeiten.

  • Fachkenntnisse: Erste Erfahrung im Rechnungswesen und eine hohe Zahlenaffinität
  • Sprachkenntnisse: Sehr gute mündliche und schriftliche Ausdrucksfähigkeit in Deutsch
  • Arbeitsweise: Sorgfältig, zuverlässig, strukturiert und eigenständig
  • IT-Kompetenzen: Kenntnisse im IT-Bereich sind von Vorteil, da sie das Verständnis unserer Produkte und Dienstleistungen im Zusammenhang mit der Rechnungsstellung unterstützen.

Die Arbeit erfolgt flexibel an einzelnen Wochentagen – je nach Verfügbarkeit. Die genaue Arbeitszeit wird individuell nach Absprache festgelegt. Der Einsatz erfolgt vor Ort in unserem Büro.
