Deine Aufgaben

  • Du unterstützt aktiv bei der Angebotserstellung und bei der Erstellung von technischen Kalkulationen. Dabei analysierst Du die Anforderungen potenzieller Kunden und entwickelst gemeinsam mit deinen Kolleginnen und Kollegen passende Lösungsvorschläge.
  • Du übernimmst die technische Kalkulation unter Berücksichtigung von Materialien, Prozessen und wirtschaftlichen Faktoren, um eine fundierte und wettbewerbsfähige Preisgestaltung sicherzustellen.
  • In enger Abstimmung mit Kolleginnen und Kollegen aus dem Vertrieb und der Technik entwickelst Du individuelle Konzepte, die sowohl technisch realisierbar als auch wirtschaftlich sinnvoll sind. Dein Beitrag hilft dabei, Kundenanforderungen effizient und zielgerichtet umzusetzen.
  • Du begleitest den Vertrieb zu Kundengesprächen und Präsentationen und unterstützt bei der Analyse von Anforderungen, beantwortest technische Fragen und präsentierst mögliche Lösungsansätze – und trägst so entscheidend zum Erfolg in der frühen Projektphase bei.

Worauf wir uns freuen

  • Du kennst Dich bestens mit den Funktionen und Möglichkeiten der Microsoft-Produktwelt (insbesondere Office 365) aus und nutzt diese gezielt zur Optimierung von Arbeitsprozessen und zur Unterstützung von Kunden
  • Mit Sicherheitslösungen wie Sophos und Eset Antivirus hast Du bereits praktische Erfahrung gesammelt.
  • Dein Know-how im Bereich Netzwerkkomponenten ist besonders wertvoll – idealerweise hast Du bereits mit Ruckus-Systemen gearbeitet.
  • Du verfügst über ein solides Verständnis für Client-/Server-Infrastrukturen und IT-Sicherheitskonzepte
  • Du bist in der Lage, IT-Lösungen technisch zu bewerten und konzeptionell zu entwickeln.
  • Du gehst aktiv auf Kunden ein, verstehst ihre Bedürfnisse und findest gemeinsam mit ihnen die passende Lösung – verständlich, professionell und empathisch.
  • Du findest die richtigen Worte, um auch anspruchsvolle Themen für unterschiedliche Zielgruppen nachvollziehbar zu machen – sei es für Kunden, Kolleg:innen oder Entscheidungsträger.
  • Du erkennst, was wirklich gebraucht wird – und entwickelst daraus durchdachte, technisch fundierte und wirtschaftlich sinnvolle IT-Konzepte.
