15–20 Stunden pro Woche | Flexible Home-Office Möglichkeit

Deine Mission

Du unterstützt uns bei allen buchhalterischen Aufgaben. Gemeinsam mit unserem Finance Director sorgst du dafür, dass unsere Zahlen stimmen – verlässlich, strukturiert und mit einem guten Blick fürs Detail.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du übernimmst eigenverantwortlich die Debitoren-, Kreditoren-, Anlagen- und Finanzbuchhaltung.
  • Du bearbeitest Spesenabrechnungen unter Einhaltung aktueller Richtlinien.
  • Du stimmst Konten ab, überwachst offene Posten und kümmerst dich um das Mahnwesen.
  • Du bereitest den Zahlungsverkehr sowie Kreditkartenabrechnungen vor und führst diese durch.
  • Du wirkst bei Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB mit.
  • Du unterstützt unseren Finance Director bei verschiedenen Projekten und Sonderthemen.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit anderen Fachbereichen zusammen und trägst zu einem reibungslosen Ablauf bei.

Das bringst Du mit

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Buchhalter, Steuerfachangestellter oder eine vergleichbare kaufmännische Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Buchhaltung
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im HGB
  • Erfahrung mit SIMBA ist ein Plus
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office, insbesondere Excel
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Du arbeitest selbständig, strukturiert und lösungsorientiert
  • Teamgeist und eine zuverlässige, engagierte Arbeitsweise runden dein Profil ab
