Deine Mission

Du bist Sparringspartner für unser Management und bringst Transparenz in unsere Zahlen. Gemeinsam mit dem Finance Director entwickelst du fundierte Entscheidungsgrundlagen – analytisch, strukturiert und mit Blick nach vorn.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du bist in die Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen eingebunden
  • Du arbeitest am Konzernreporting
  • Du checkst die aktuellen Zahlen, analysierst Abweichungen und erklärst, was dahintersteckt
  • Du trägst zur Budgetplanung und zur Erstellung von Forecasts bei
  • Du kümmerst dich um Bestandsplanung, analysierst Materialflüsse und sorgst dafür, dass alles verfügbar ist
  • Du erstellst Statistiken und Analysen, damit das Management gute Entscheidungen treffen kann
  • Du übernimmst spontane (Ad-hoc) Analysen, wenn’s drauf ankommt
  • Du arbeitest mit bestehenden Reports und Dashboards in Power BI – und entwickelst sie weiter
  • Du baust neue, interaktive Dashboards in Power BI
  • Du bringst eigene Ideen ein, um Tools und Datenbanken besser zu machen
  • Du hilfst dabei, Controlling-Prozesse zu optimieren
  • Du gestaltest aktiv die digitale Transformation mit

Das bringst Du mit:

  • Studium mit Schwerpunkt Controlling/Finance oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Controlling
  • Sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse
  • Erste Erfahrung mit Power BI / Power Query von Vorteil
  • Analytisches Denken und ein gutes Gespür für Zahlen
  • Kommunikationsstärke in Deutsch und Englisch
  • Freude daran, Dinge zu hinterfragen und besser zu machen
