Vil du arbejde med avanceret procesproduktion i en GMP-reguleret medicinalvirksomhed – og trives du med at arbejde om natten? Vi søger en procesoperatør til et fast nathold med fire arbejdsdage fra mandag aften til fredag morgen. Stillingen er til dig, der motiveres af praktisk procesarbejde, ansvar og tæt samarbejde i et mindre team.

Om afdelingen Produktionen er opdelt i to specialiserede områder:

  • Dextran og dextran-derivater
  • Jerncarbohydrater

Du bliver en del af jerncarbohydratteamet – et mindre team med tæt samarbejde og reference til en fast teamleder. Produktionen er batch-baseret og foregår i et højt specialiseret og reguleret miljø.

Om jobbet Dine primære arbejdsopgaver vil være udførelse af enhedsoperationer i forbindelse med produktion af vores jern-produkter, herunder:

  • Syntese
  • Filtrering
  • Spraytørring
  • Tapning

Du vil desuden have ansvar for:

  • In-process kontrol
  • Dokumentation i henhold til GMP
  • Oprydning og rengøring af apparatur og procesudstyr

Arbejdet byder på en varieret hverdag med både praktiske og teknisk krævende opgaver.

Arbejdstider og oplæring Stillingen er på fast nathold med en fire-dages arbejdsuge fra mandag til torsdag kl. 21.20-06.20.

Oplæring vil ske på vores dag-/aftenskift:

  • Daghold: kl. 06.00-14.00
  • Aftenhold: kl. 13.40-21.40

Kvalifikationer Vi forestiller os, at du:

  • Er uddannet procesoperatør eller mejerist, evt. kemotekniker, procesteknolog, mejeritekniker eller har anden relevant baggrund med solid erfaring i produktion
  • Er teknisk velfunderet og har forståelse for produktionsudstyr og procedurer
  • Arbejder struktureret, omhyggeligt og med høj præcision
  • Har lyst til at lære nyt og tage ansvar i hverdagen
  • Er engageret, selvstændig og samarbejdsorienteret

Det er en fordel, hvis du:

  • Har nogle års erfaring fra enten medicinalproduktion eller mejeri
  • Har kendskab til GMP
  • Har truckcertifikat
